I didn't really specify because I don't usually go for specific looks. I like slim waisted girls with bubble butts and cute face. Could be white, morena, or black.
Do the girls in clinic give GFE services and usually for how much? I'm planning to stay around Vila Mariana.

Vila Mariana is a decent location. From there it's easy to go dowtown (or Jardim) either by taxi or by subway. You're not too far from Paulista Avenue.
The girls give GFE services. Like anything else YMMV (your mileage may vary) applies here.
If you're in Vila Mariana you mus visit (at least once) one of the best privê in town: The Redway. R$90 for an hour. GFE service included. Few rooms in the privê. There's a big room in the front which is very good but the shower is outside the room. There's another room in the back of the house. That one is shitty but the shower is in the room.
It's located in Rua Machado de Assis near the Santa Rosa subway station.

What is the general procedure in those clinics. Is there a line-up. And what shall be the damage for me.
For the discos for freebies or semi-freebies where shall i go. As i will stay for a week term I will have chance to try my chances.

I'm going to bed. I'll come back tomorrow with an answer to your questions

Clinics: It depends when you go to the clinic. There may have a line-up between 5pm and 8pm. Most of the grils working in clinics are between 7 and 8.5. You may find sometimes several 9 or if you're very lucky even a 10.
These places are safe and the staff working there is very sympathic. All the towels are clean (wrapped) and they will give a little soap bar or there's liquid soap in the showers.
Concerning the night life in Sp., there's so many things to do that I had trouble to give a short answer. Besides Itaim Bibi, Moema and Vila Olimpa, the best place to have fun (listening to music and dancing) is Vila Madalena and Pinheiros.
I wont give you the name of the best places in Vila Olimpa or Itaim Bibi because you can easily find them on the Net.
THe best places in Vila madalena and Pinheiros are:
Vila madalena (Unha de Gato)

Dolores Bars

(This place is nice is you’re into Black music)

Enfarta Madalena

XCaret

Pink Elefant Club

Bubulounge

The best place to listen to jazz is in Moema (Bourbon Street).

In most cases they do, like cuddling and kissing before and after the deed.
Usually if you start with a massage, after a while she'll get into a GFE status and it all goes from there.
Can't vouch for 100% of course, but the GFE chances are pretty much high.
You got the point. As a long term travelling in Asia I forgot Brazil is a country with lots of mixed races. Personally I want brunette (blakcs are not my type at all) with good looking (Who wants bad looking tough LOL)
What is the general procedure in those clinics. Is there a line-up. And what shall be the damage for me.
BTW Thanks for the replies.
Clinicas usually have a room where the pictures of the girls are displayed, 4-5 shots where not much is left to imagination, even if not full nude. Basic info as age and sizes are given too. If you talk to the receptionists (usually girls, I know sounds weird, but. They all know what the deal of clinica is!) you might ask for some recommendation. Not as detailed as in Asia where you can be quite straight with mama- or papa-san's.
In general they thend to separate the clinica/massage from what the girls gives as an additional service (the whol massage fee is always to be paid cash to the girl).
The clinica provides room and facilities
This is mainly done to avoid LE interferences.
What happens in the room between you and the massage provider has nothing to do with the establishment. Pretty much clear, right?
The photos are usually showing a red or green magnet and that pretty much clarifies whether she is free or not.
Unfortuantely the website of the clinicas tend not to show anymnore the photo gallery of the girls (again I suspect to avoid LE)
Photos are pretty much accurate and photoshop is mildly used.
Never got a bad surprise, other than a differnt height ad a couple of kg moreeanuts!
You make up your mind and communicate the name to the receptionist
In a few minutes you will be taken to the room by the receptionist.
Take a shower to kill time (and bring things forward) as the girl will not appear before 5-10 minutes.
The rest is pretty much. Usual!
Have fun and report back with girl name.

How is the formule 1 on consolacao? not looking for breakfast, dinner just a room that is roach free. Also how is the area when you walk directly 3 blocks any direction?
How are the rooms? Clean or mildew smelling?

Appreciate
Guys thanks for detailed explanations. It is all helpful.
After my visit I will give a detailed report with a newbie point of view.
Besides I want to ask how much shall I dance in the clubs. As I am retarded when it comes to dance. And from what I see on tv the brazilians are like dance machines I don't want to stand in the middle and make weirdo moves like "old robot dance".
Sure my dance will attract some smiles but not in the sense I am looking for.

Formula 1 hotels offer very basic accomodation. Rooms are sparsely furnished. To be honest, I don't even know if they are girl-firendly. As I have never book a room there I cannot say more. I know however that a couple a garota de programa live and received precisely in that hotel. Even if Formula One hotel offer very economic rooms they are roaches free and clean. For a small extra you can obtain wi-fi.
I know visually the district where it's located and I've passed several times in front of that hotel. Consolação is not the trendiest street in SP but, on the other hand you're not far away from Paulista and some good streets like Augusta or Bela Cintra where you can find good restaurants. It's not far from Centro (downtown); you can even walk the distance.
There are two privês on Consolação near the hotel (Relax Bar and another one which I forgot the name).

Try TransAmericaFlat
Regarding Formula 1 hotel, Sui Generis was right. It's a economical place that is well run, and clean. Pre-packaged in every respect, even the food and beverage items available in the lobby. I have only stayed at the Formula 1 on Sao Joao (slightly closer to Centro).
Anyways, I would stay in a good flat. These places are nicer, have very good restaurants (definitely important if it's raining, or have a guest and you want to stay in, etc), have a better breakfast, usually have a gym and pool, and are usually in good neighborhoods. The noise from Consolacao would be fairly high.
Try transamericaflats.com.br - I like the one on Alameda Lorena. Google flat service in Sao Paulo.

In that case Auriflama I wouild suggest hotels like the Real Castilha if you don't mind to be downtown. It's not expensive and on their Web site they list other hotels that are very affordable.
You can have a room at Hotel Plaza (Avenida São João) for R$65!

It seems its going to be a tough task to find a affordable hotel in a decent area so I just have to keep doing research. What do you think about hotels in the liberdade area? I see a bunch of hotels around that area. Also the rua frei caneca area there is a assortment of hotels there.

As the regular members on this board already know, I always stay in Moema which is one of the nicest and safest in Sampa.
Liberdade (the Japanese bairro) is a safe place and at a walking distance from Catedral da Sá (and Praça João Mendes). Lot of restaurants, metro stations and a lot of motels (some garotas received only there).
Another bairro with affordable hotels is Vila Mariana. The only problem is that there a not too much good restaurants in that district.
