This question you should ask judge Brett Kavanaugh. He has enough pull with the you S Supreme Court that he may be able to reduce you S drinking age down to 10 hehe.
Until the early 80's legal age to buy and drink alcohol used to be 18 in most you S states. After that due to horrific accidents by drunk drivers, Mother Against Drunk Driving (MADD) was one of the movements that legislate legal drinking age to 21 in most states.
Most states in Mexico probably don't care to enforce any legal drinking age. Lots of underaged drinking are posted in social media. Mexico does not care if more people kill or get killed in drunk driving. There would be just fewer mouths for the government to feed. Hehe.

Women do not want men spending their money on beer instead of them. This is why after men gave women the vote, women then voted to have beer banned in the USA during Prohibition, which also turned Tijuana into a major party town when Americans fled to Tijuana from the USA to buy booze back in the 30's. MADD campaigned for stricter alcohol laws and crackdowns on drunk drivers. Haven't heard too much from them since the woman who ran MADD got busted for drunk driving, as I recall, a few years back. Women voters are also the reason for the income tax, which replaced the federal beer taxes back in the 30's.

If the weather is nice, a short cab ride gets you to Morelos Park ([URL]https://www.parquemorelos.com/[/URL]), which has a lake, hiking trails, a botanical garden, and a zoo, as well as the Trompo Interactive science museum (eltrompo. Org). And of course you could just wander along Ave. Revolucion and shop at the stalls and enjoy the scenery. Check out the art at Pasaje Rodriguez, an alley filled with murals between 3rd and 4th Street.

Free food, housing, medical care, don't pay taxes, win the lotto, driver's license, etc. Don't even know English or bother to learn it. I have many Mexican-American friends, however, who are hardworking and good citizens but just saying that the freeloaders and gangbangers are a tremendous burden on the economy and crime rate. HK's most popular senoritas usually work weekends and take Mondays off. Mondays would have about half the girls compared to weekends, but would still have 40 to 50. It's a nice, clean cruise ship and fishing port with colorful and interesting life. Stop along the way to visit fishing villages, pristine beaches and many bars, restaurants, trinket shops.

Only a 20% increase in dudes on a Friday night vs a Tuesday night? I think you may have left out a couple of zeros. I'd say a more accurate ratio would be 1000%. For every dude that's there on a Tuesday night, they'll be 10 on a Friday night. An estimate of a 20% increase is just absurd.
