Mostly I'd say be more direct, no vague questions, state what you want and when you want it, respectfully of course. As long as you know when you will be there and what hotel you are staying at, and what evening you want the girl / woman it really shouldn't be any problem. Most agencies want you to confirm the room number when you arrive and / or have a phone number to reach you. If you write stating that you'll be arriving in Prague on this or that date and you wish to meet with X for why hours on Z day, I've never had a problem at all, and I usually book one or 2 a couple of weeks in advance. Then it always pays to have backups because you never know what might happen to throw a wrench in your plans.

I think a lot of girls want the full, sensual lips of someone like Angelina Jolie but that's not something you can fake. Case in point is the pornstar Jessa Rhodes. She was model perfect before, but now has swollen lips. That said, if Carmen's lips are no worse than Jessa's, I'd still jump at the chance to swim in her "lovejuice" (my friend swears he was almost tempted to put on a snorkel mask when he was down there).

A friend and I are visiting Prague in June for a couple nights and looking for advice regarding evening activities.
