And thats all it was, a stupid story. The cost of getting elected to be a Senator in the Phils runs into the million of pesos. This is so that they can share whats known as the "pork barrel". Whereby senators can spend on their pet projects as well as self enrichment. Theres no way a Senator would be a DH. Would a US Congressman or an English MP become a roadsweeper? Didn't think so. Be careful what you read it just might not be true.
One of the current Senators in Philippines is Jamby Madrigal. Her net worth is over US$ 150 million.
Lots of teachers (male) hang around Wanchai bars, there is a group who often take the top floor at Bar 109 on a Sunday afternoon, but don't think you would find too many female teachers in bars like NM.
Tsk tsk. That explains the state of our education system! Where are the Mr. Chips of yore?
I guess I should clarify by saying I never doubted they were either trained or worked as teachers in the Philippines. Just harder for them to work into the local licensed school system as full teachers. I know many are involved with adult after hour lessons or musical tutelage. But they tend to be married to someone local, physically.

Has the new NeptuneII reopened?
But Wanchai does exist, come on!
I am always amazed by the ignorance some people show when travelling. One part is the respect to the language and spelling. There is also a difference between Orang Utan and Orang Utah.
Has the new NeptuneII reopened?
They are still waiting for the liquor license.

Posting around midnight, asking for a wingman, and the poster doesn't have PM access.
He was making life difficult!

What's up
It's been long time since checked the HK forum and I am wondering why the activity has slowed down lately. The best experience I had was on 37 Dundas since it was no hassle service there.

But can't say if it's a trend as I don't frequent it as often as I used to.

It is not a major capital, to misspell a place, unless we are here for spelling lessons.
