As Syzygies points out, many SW make very little. A while back I wrote a post that contained part of a conversation between two real MP girls who worked at a Ratchada soapy. Sure they can make a healthy penny, but I think this only applies to some popular MP girls and escorts. I feel there is a lot of competition on the bar girl side of things. total number of customers: 62x1500 for services =93, 000 baht.
hours charged 78. 5 and fee paid by shop=7, 150 baht.
tips=21,500.
total income for period=121,650 average tip per hour worked= 275 baht and average tip per customer =346 baht. the amount of tips ranged from zero to 4000. never once did she complain of the amount of the tip or lack of with the 1500 service charge being the key and sometimes misunderstood for a tip instead of a service charge.
