I was exaggerating a bit because it is commonly known that Palace girls charge extra 50e for kissing and they like to upsell, so 100e for 30 would be typical there. Just letting him know of the reality of things at Palace to help him decide.

This seems to be unique to Palace.
Other places you agree for 30 mins and the girl manages the time- that is preagreed so no 31 mins surprise. Also I did not notice girl noting time or anything. Also kissing BBJ is included- the reception tells you all that upfront.
It seems that things are going insane in Palace gradually.

But there's a difference between getting a good session for 50€ and a girl charging you 50€ for going over the half hour by 1 or 2 minutes.

When in Frankfurt, I don't go to Palace any longer. Too many hustlers. I venture out to the other FKKs. Seems like members here are knowledgable enough to not get taken by the girls at the Palace, but that business from "tourists" who are new at the FKK is what's keeping the engines running at this place.
I've stopped the Palace venture about a year ago. It used to be my favorite spot. No longer. There are just too many other clubs in the area that have girls willing to give you good service rather than the constant upselling turnoffs and ripoffs at Palace. At first I thought it was just bad luck or poor choice, which can happen in any club. But now its just the norm at Palace. My time is valuable in Germany and I prefer to have a reliable and enjoyable time. Maybe I'll give Palace a try again. But for now, its time out for Palace.

As so many complain about Palace, please advice if in Frankfurt area (short distance) any other FKK club to visit that would have as good line up?

This also attracts more sharky hookers than other clubs. Put that combination together and you are going to see more reports of bad experiences than other clubs. It's the law of numbers at work. As a Palace regular, I have a fairly good idea which girls are sharky and to avoid. They also don't bother me and leave me alone anyway. On any given night, there are anywhere around a dozen girls whom I know deliver consistently solid service and that's good enough for me in between sauna sessions, dinner and a few drinks.
Regarding optics, Palace does offer more choices and greater diversity. The lineup this past week was quite good considering that it's still early Jan and a number of popular girls are still on holiday. However, there was a Messe this past week so the club was packed, especially on Thursday and Friday when the ratio was crazy. I just left early to avoid the hordes on both nights.
Mainhattan is more homogeneous in terms of types and looks of girls. It also lacks atmosphere. The place can be downright dead and boring even in the evenings during the week.
Recently tried a black girl named Tyra. I would guess mid-20s. She claimed to be Jamaican but I believe she has lived in Berlin for over a decade. About 170 cm without heels. Decided to move to Palace. The club was partly changed since last time, but to the better. Lot of attractive girls, and in contrary to the other clubs, much more diversity. Variation in age, nationality, looks, etc. Some of the girls are certainly more active than in other clubs, but still smiling, polite and professional- can you ask for more?
For a whole day visit during summer, I may still choose Oase or World. For a shorter visit Palace is perfect.

If you must go to Palace, let it be on a non-party day. Palace parties are notoriously awful in my opinion. Complete non-events and many better girls staying away. I have been to 2 Palace parties last year by accident. Did not have a good time, and only found one girl worth repeating at all.
Palace is not like it was in its hey-day. Years ago I was a regular most weeks. Now I don't bother. There are some natural good looking gazelles (not that many), but finding a great service without lots of upsell questions is not that easy.
