They show something and give something or sometimes they just would take your money and won't offer anything. 6k for ST is a bit expensive though not a bad deal if you get what your looking for. In most cases you get a foreigner in 6-10k range in Delhi for ST. My suggestion is to avoid such adverts and bargain over referral options.
