I was walking around Shimbashi the other day and the first street to the left as you exit the station has a place with some girls dressed in school uniforms standing out front. I visited Yoshiwara on a weekday afternoon by walking all the way from Minowa metro line. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. My first stop was Olive House which boasts a large selection of young pretty girls. I look Japanese and can speak it quite well but my accent gives me away. So I walked into reception and saw a guy behind the counter and a bouncer type guy standing outside the counter. I was asked immediately if I had an appointment. The counter had a picture selection of about 12 girls. I said I didn't then the guy behind the counter told me that no girls were available and it was necessary to make an appointment. I thought that was strange as the sign outside (in Japanese of course) said that walk-ins were welcome. I then asked which girls he recommend. He looked disappointed that I didn't take the "hint" and then told me that it was Japanese only. So I said "so desu ka" and left. It's disappointing to get rejected but that is the name of the game here.

Dusting myself off I walked 20 seconds to Fantasy. By grunting I was able to get 20, 000yen for 80 minutes and picked Ai. The photo makes her look very pretty but in reality she is a little plump. Having said that she was very friendly and did her best to give me a great time. Service is as described by others, mat play and then bed. After my time was up I was walking to the exit when the tencho tried to talk to me asking how the girl was. I told him that the service was fine. He kind of apologized that Ai was a "glamour". It was my 1st experience, so the 1st shot came quite quickly within a few minutes, and for the second shot, only 1 girl was "seriously" participating. So a mixed experience. However, you might take a train to the Yoshiwara area near Asakusa. You can read more about that on this site. You will probably not get a Japanese girl but many of the touts have Thai girls or non Japanese girls. Many posters on here talk about the Gotanda area. My advice is to go out with a person who lives in Japan.

One of the girls is gone (Manami) and the other I'd not clicked with nor was she into girl-play (Mako) , but I would give AM another go with different girls. I'd choose the girls differently this time, of course. Rather than choose both and have zero chemistry between the two of them, I'll instead choose one and have her recommend the second girl. Too bad Kumi is gone, too; she would be perfect with Manami!
