The ad is put up on MR by a SP who operates near Sai Baba Mandir, Malviya Nagar.

I know this because I have contacted this guy earlier. Most of his options are run of the mill NE options which he charges at a premium compared to other VFM SP's providing similar offerings in various parts of Delhi.

Don't think he can provide any Hi Profile Options though some time back you used to provide some CSIR girl that too at a highly jacketed rate.

Tried this place on my recent trip to NCR based on the reviews. Booked an appointment on phone and went in without choosing any specific therapist. The ambience of the place is great and probably one of the best in the region. Rooms are big and clean with good attached showers. I was assigned Rebecca who is a NE with good figure and great ass. She did a good dry massage and then with oil also was a great massage. Bum massage was really good too but not as long as I would have liked. She herself raised the topic of extras on flipping and I went with just a HJ with access for 1 k. Overall I really enjoyed the session and she was good company too. She offered good FS next time and I will def be taking her up on that whenever I visit next.

Unlike you my experience here was terrible. I found the spa to be pretty old and a bit worn down. It wasn't very dirty, but wasn't up to high standards either.

I have been to this spa several times over the years- starting with almost 8-9 years ago. In the last 1.5 years, I must have visited here 4-5 times with varying results.

I find the Bihari / UP reception dude hilarious. He is as frank and upfront as they get. Describe the kind of girl you want and he will hook you up. The girls are a tad pricey though. I have had a couple of great sessions with a petite NE whose name evades me. She was full on GFE, and the last time I visited- 2-3 months ago she was still working there.
