I have used the Opera Mini browser with excellent results, in the middle east, and I'm sure it will work in other areas too. Must be Mini version, somehow it doesn't reveal you location, so "blocked" sites (such as ISG) can be easily accessed as it works as normal web browser, not through any special software.
