Tried calling Moenorinjin just now, they said that "Gaikokujin are OK", provided that they meet the two requirements: 1) they must understand that the service is "no FS", and 2) they must be able to speak and understand Japanese.

Assuming those two points are met, the papa-san who answered the phone was definitely enthusiastic about gaikokujin coming to visit.

I would insist on someone who speaks english or jap to favour communication, and maybe if you like the girl and ask her a 2nd time she might show a better attitude. But anyway definitely not cheap. Whats "good" is that 3P is often an option, and I'm sure (not tried though) you can insist on finding some girl who does AF.
