Disappointing end to what could have been an awesome session. Siyuan has been one of my favourites but I'm not so sure now. Basically, the condom broke and the girl freaked out. And second, I would not have paid the session or may be just the basic shower fee!
I am a regular customer there and every time there is something wrong I never paid full price. I even always keep my phone when during forbidden period (probably because they know me now).
And in fact, in your situation, I would have complained.

If Korean or Japanese girls are what you are looking for, than much more easy, but for club with pretty ones you will not go out with less than 1000 to 1500 RMB sitting fee (no extra service included). So from my point of view not really a good deal.

The place has to give the girl a little extra to keep them staying their and not quit. You have a regular place that you feel safe at. I would have paid said sorry and left. You risked the girl health and life so for 100 RMB its nothing. Its also nothing compared to a beat down.
My experience has been that broken condoms have not not been an issue. If, IF, there is chemistry, bare is possible. Not with great regularity, but it can be good, very, very very good. If she insists on a condom, I don't repeat. OK. Call the morality police! I had a vasectomy years ago and I get a VD report once a year. In the US. Really good fucking!

It is about how safe and VD / HIV free were the previous customers.
The chemistry can give you a feeling on how she behaves, but not on her health.
Regular check can make you feel comfortable you have been lucky so far, but will not even tell you if you got something in the weeks before the test itself.
With this in mind each one can then take his own risk, and extend the risk to the next girl.

I have had a girl break 2 of them just trying to put them on me. I then made her use one of my polyurethane Okamotos which are extremely thin but strong.
