Went to the Zona Norte for the first time this year. I ended up driving across the boarder and parked at the lot behind Tropical for $5. The tapas are very good. If you sit in the main dining room you can ask for the full tapas menu. The pastas looked good. The Caesar salad is great. Good bar, too.

Bring your large luggage and bring about 6 towels. The towels at HK, at least for ST rooms are very thin.
