Its probably just under 4 km or so to Ratchadapisek Soi 17 called "Santi" (by motorcycle. Not by taxi) which contains Copa Cabana Soapy Massage parlour. So you could get a motorcycle there fairly quickly, but cross over to East side of Phahonyothin road first may be best, or cross to south side of Kampaeng Phet road first. Perhaps only 15 mins if traffic not too bad. Poseidon is also just round the corner in Ratchadapisek road. Another way to get there is take MRT from Chatuchak station to Sutthisan (4 stops) and motorcycle or walk from there. Might take about the same time depending on wait.

You probably need to be able to return in a hurry, so motorcycle return to Chatuchak maybe the best option. I often use motorcycle to go as much as 4 km to get to a difficult location soapy like Utopia, reasonably quickly.

Of course my suggestion is not so great if you want real massage. I am not an expert on real massage places. This is a mongering thread.
