That is just two characters. All these obscuring of names, hush-hush, top secret places, etc. has screwed up my bearings and I think others' as well. Sometimes, I do get a bit pissed off when I am lost. :)
I suppose I can go RT-whole-FF to find out what those two characters stand for. So, okay, let me give that a try.
1. RT-whole-FF forum is tedious, as there are 57 pages in the photo forum alone or 800+ postings.
2. Shorter way, search for your posts using your member name.
3. OK, you have about 100 postings, 4 pages of 25 posts. That's not too bad.
4. First post with a mention of "PV" is posting #706 in the photo forum. Says, FR is in the Penang forum.
5. OK, still using the page 1 of your 100 postings from the search, first mention of PV is 1,117 in the Penang forum. If the whole photo forum was hard enough to read, the whole Penang forum would have been worse.
6. So, off to post 1,117 it is. You were following up to Kun Pau's post. He referred to a hotel called Pearl View. You call it PV for short.
So, it isn't impossible to find. If I can find it, Cyber judge can find it too.
But wait, so can the police.

You no doubt are a master angler. Can you share some information on the best pools to dip the bait into? It seems a visit to your region is very much a good idea in the midst of our cold winter.
It has been many years since visiting Malaysia, but I do have fond recollections of KL, Malacca and Penang.
Your taste in deciding which fish are keepers is excellent. Sample is a delectable species. Would love to see more of her being fileted. Look forward to seeing some of your fishing holes.

I just find you were a tad harsh on a newbie, especially in this case, when you are using an abbreviation that is not widely known or adopted. Furthermore, the abbreviation was first mentioned not in here but in the Penang forum.
Everyone starts out as a newbie at some point. Sure, some newbies take shortcuts but sometimes what they ask is not unreasonable. If you are so easily irked by a newbie asking a reasonable question, you need to chill.
