Hi friends,
I am new to Sao Paulo and would have around 4 hrs in Sao Paulo on Saturday from 10 am to 1400 hrs nothing to do. Is there any massage center nearby where I can use the facility and come back to the airport. I do not know portugese at all so it has be absolutely safe.
Can someone suggest something else please.

I am going to ask for a location to book my hotel. When I checked booking and agoda I see that the good hotels are in an area called Itaim Bibi.
Is that place close to Paulista.
I don't want to stay in super expensive ones but in a comfortable one. My budget is around 120-130 USD per night.
So can you suggest me a hotel which is close to bars, shopping places and girls ofcourse.

Liberdade (the Japanese bairro) is a safe place and at a walking distance from Catedral da Sá (and Praça João Mendes). Lot of restaurants, metro stations and a lot of motels (some garotas received only there).

I'll go straight to the point. The fact that you are only four hours in SP (and moreover between 10am to 2pm) plys definitely against you.
A couple of years ago there were still decent venues in Guarulhos like for example Clínica Clean Life (which was located on rua Francesco Gonzaga Vasconcellos).
Nowadays the only (almost respectable) clinica I know in that region is Glamour Massagens.

The negative points about this place are
1) Few garotas
2) Showers are disgusting

As an alternative I would suggest two boates : Café Maça or café Monik American Bar. The only problem is that they open around 7pm.
There are several privês in Guarulhos but the fact that you don't speak Portuguese is not a good option.

Itaim Bibi is not close to Paulista. On the other hand (and that's the bright side of it) you're closer to Brooklin where there are a lot of very very good clinicas. In Itaim Bibi you located in one of the best district in terms of nightlife (non-pro) and restaurants.

I have been reading about sao paolo for a few weeks and have seen that you have a deep knowledge about this ground. I will be staying in sao paola for 2 nights before going to rio..so any place safe/ medum priced/easy to reach and close to clinicas for a total newbie is ok.

I am going to be passing Sunday in SP near the end of Avenida Paulista.
Are there any boates that are open on Sundays besides Kilt that is good and close by?

It depends of what are your plans. You're staying 2 days in São Paulo.
Do you intend to visit the city? Masp, Edificio Copan, Avenida Paulista, Museu do Ipiranga, Banespa, Vale do Anhangabáu, Catedral da Sá, Estação da Luz, Pinacoteca, Viaduto do chá, and so on...
If it's the case, I think that an hotel in Jardim (or even in Liberdade - see the links to the hotel in that bairro in my former posts) would be appropriate. However I have to add that clinics do not proliferate in Jardim (there is a good privê there though: 480 Al. Jaú).
There is (or was, I'm not sure if it's still open) a clinic in Jardim: Pamplona Massagnes on 724 rua Pamplona.
On the other hand, if you intend to spend your two days visiting clinics (because it seems that is you game of predilection) then I would rather consider renting an hotel in Itaim Bibi or Vila Olimpia (see hotel links on another recent post). There's a lot of good (even very good clinics) in those bairros and or not too far from Campo belo, Novo Brooklin, Moema where you have also a good selection of clinics. In those bairros the night life is also fabulous and more safer than the other bairros closer to Centro.

Sunday is the worst day of the week because almost all garotas stay with their family, children, husband, boyfriend, female lover, pimp or whatever....
There is aprivê in Moema which is open 24h every days of the week: Privê Eucaliptus but it's quite average.

They are open everyday. Yes, Sunday is really not so busy, but if you take your time, you will find what you are looking for.
