Spent a month in Bogota earlier this year. As mentioned before, El Castillo and La Piscina are definitely full of lookers. La Piscina has two locations, one for the day and one for the night. Some of the same girls work both shifts. The hotest girls I saw were in El Castillo. In both places I was quoted 80 pesos for half hour and 120 for an hour. I don't know is this is the norm or gringo pricing. The "zona rosa" is full of great reastaurantes and a couple of malls. Some cute girls to look at, but not sure if you could pull one or not. That sounds almost reasonable after the inflated prices I've been offered there. Or was that in La Piscina del sur?

Dougus is correct.El castillo is 80 mil for 30 minutes. La piscina is 70-80 mil for 30 minutes. I also found the hotter chicas at El Castillo.

Where are El castillo and La Piscina located in Bogota, like, what part of the city? Street names and/or addresses would be great, but also what neighborhood (Zona Rosa, Parque 93, Santa Fe). Is the area they're located in considered a safe area?

Quoted prices were the same in all three places. 80 for 1/2 hour and 120 for a full hour. The clubs are located in Santa Fe. I wouldn't go walking around after dark by myself, but during the day it seemed okay. As always, it depends on the individual and how well they blend in. I do not blend in well, so I am speaking from the "looks like a gringo" standpoint.

Does it has internet at the rooms?

I will be in Bogata next week, last December I stayed atthe Sheraton near the airport, phoned for room service, the front desk brought her to my room and added a fee to my bill. The lady was a complete disappointment, she came from chuscas.com, I have absolutely nothing favorable t say about the experience, see my 12/09/06 report.
Does anyone have any suggestions of where to stay? If I stay at the Sheraton again is there any action near by? Would downtown be better?

I was there in mid-January 2007.

Suites Real has wireless internet now (802.11b). The service is decent/reasonable (when it works). I did find it to go up and down. The WAP would be up and I'd be able to connect, however, no service to the internet.

I stayed there about a year ago, and they had a couple of computers with internet acces, but of all places it was down the hallway from the lobby right inside the administrative offices of the hotel. It was horrible because the monitors where facing the entrance to the office in plain sight of everyone there.

There was no internet access about a year ago in my room, but that might have changed by now. Check out there internet website for info.

I'll be in Bogota in early June and was wondering what I should wear. I know what the climate is like, I'm looking more specifically for info on fashion. I don't want to look like a tourist (my face won't be a giveaway as I have darker skin like the latinos). I hear that no one wears sneakers/tennis shoes and that shorts and tee shirts are dead giveaways as are tropical clothes. So, are we talking polo-type shirts and slacks, open collared dress shirts w/slacks. Wouldn't that make me look a little too wealthy? I'm just trying to blend in as much as possible. Of course with my level of Spanish, as soon as I open my mouth, my cover will be blown!

Also, looking for any "lines" to feed the ladies that will get them to latch on (I. E. Wealthy, flashy lifestyle, education, world traveler, government worker, connections to visas/plane tickets, marriage prospects, etc). Of course, just looking for them to latch on enough to give up the ass!

You will need a Jacket at least at night (and might prefer it during the day in overcast weather/rain). I would nver wear sneakers in a Latin American city, but thats me.
