It is the 5% of newbies and occasional out of towners that are the real treasures in the BM / KL. Yet, the percentage of newbies / part-timers seems higher at TR as do the GFEs. Let's face it .. the BM is an MP disguised as Cheers where we like to believe that we are picking up the chicas with our special charms when in fact they are in a vending machine waiting for a deposit. If you want to really test your charms try catching a smile in one of Limas many parks, malls or the restaurants along Pizza Alley.

Maybe you won' find what you have grown comfortable with in SJO when you first arrive in Lima - but give it a chance. At a population of 300K SJO is a small city whereas at 8 million Lima ranks as the nineteenth most populous city in the world. The scene in Lima is huge. You certainly ¨hit the nail on the head¨ and obviously you know both scenes quite well! While there are some readers who will be unhappy about your letting the ¨Cat out of the bag¨ in regard to ¨69¨, I and others share your view that it is amazing.

A couple of things I should add as May is shaping up to be a busy month with regular Lima crew.

Tequilas- S.I. - You reminded me that Semi-Pro can not get into the San Isidro location. Had a girl ask me last week if my friends would bring her in.

Tequilas-Miraflores- Fri & Sat unusual activity outside both nights and some TR girls said the word is a reopen on Mon or Tue of this week. I will of course update all as soon as I can confirm it.

R&V- You probably are aware but for the sake of others there are three locations all with different girls/same service and R&V 2 is open from 5pm-12pm or 2 hours later than the others. All locations are within Santa Catalina.

Forgot where I saw it but the administrator from R&V 3 (Margaret?) who once tongue-fucked Sauve Gato has opened her own joint closer to Miraflores with the same pricing and service.

There is a recent report on an alternative website stating that the high-end girls at Emmanuelles and other places are now asking $160 because of the exchange rate!

[/QUOTE]It has been over a year since I was in Lima so things may have changed. I can say it was closer to half that for 2 hours with follow-up cien TLNs arranged on the side. Will check it out when I'm there in mid-May. Things should still be somewhat negotiable and if they start throwing out those big numbers.- as Mucho Gusto would say. NEXT. I am headed down to Lima for my first trip there on April 23rd.

I will be there for 5 days or so.

I am looking for a high end hotel that is relatively guest friendly and most importantly I need internet access to my laptop so the people back in the USA think I am working in my home office.

I am willing to pay $100+.

Also now that TR is closed, and I here negative things about the street situation... is it a requirement to stay in Miraflores?

Okay, I get the picture. I had the impression that TR was a lot like Blue Marlin, or at least like Key Largo. Evidently not. I will be going to Peru on other business with just a two-day stopover in Lima, so will need to adjust to the mongering climate as it is.

Between Club 69 and Emmanuelle. Which one would you recommend as the least "rip-off" of the two. Which one is the least pushy/expensive on girl drinks?

As for the talent, usually I find you cannot generalize, as it depends on the night and takes some time to test the waters. I usually can find a gem most anywhere but the really cheapo places. Just like BM, you have to take your time, talk it up a bit in Spanish and not be influenced by just the looks of the book's cover.

RyV is not full service as to admit otherwise puts the girls in jeapordy. If you are new to Lima then Emmanuelles is the place to go as 69 is difficult to find and is very definetly not in a good 'hood. The other alternative is the Suites of Barranco and given the recent cost reports of the other alternatives I would strongly recommend there. Close to Miraflores, safe, great fun and not cost prohibitive with very hot girls.

Or, talk with David33......

If you are adventurous there is always Scarletts but you should go with a wingman.

Salma Vida in Paseo Colon San Jose CR is also not FS. I took a drag but I never inhaled. I have no idea what that white stuff is on her skirt. This is a YMMV situation.

I have had guys tell me that RyV was not FS for them but no one has told me that they were disappointed with and RyV session. I am sure that there have been a few disappointing RyV sessions but I suspect the percentage of disappointing session at RyV is lower than at ZB, NF or IDEM in CR .... that is how good RyV is ... or at least it was a year ago. Don't let the no FS talk keep you from visiting RyV. Give RyV a try and, if you don't mind, give us a report.

When I was in Lima over a year ago, Club 69 was far from a ripoff. I will certainly visit Club 69 again this May. I will also look up Suites of Barranco, as Polvo recommends.

Here is an excerpt from a report I wrote over a year ago. "I have written before about how upscale clubs in San Jose -- Tango India, Atlantis ... are often rip-offs. To discover that the upscale clubs in Lima are considerably different was a pleasant surprise. On the second night I was planning to go to Scarlet's with E from LA but given the hour we decide to go to club 69 [url]http://www.clubsesentaynueve.net/[/url]. As we entered we were approached by several chicas. E ended quickly on the couch with a partner. I took some time but finally spotted a petite innocent and called her over. What Fun! I bought her a 50 soles ($15) chica drink -- and said no rapido. I never bought more than one chica drink a night. You can go to the room locally or you can take out 2 hours for 50 soles ($15) to the house. These clubs are not cheep but you may find them a good value. There were gorgeous chicas dancing in some fairly classy shows. What a deal you get to meet and party with top tier chicas in a fun place, and you get the added security of them knowing that you can trace them back to their place of work all for about $25 in drinks and cover for both you and her and a $15 take out fee. Of course if you want to repeat you can probably get their phone. The first and subsequent performances were outstanding. One regret I had was that I didn't go to 69s sister club Emmanuelle [url]http://www.emmanuelleclub.net/index1.html[/url]. The drivers pushed it all the time saying this is where you want to be -- it is the best ( I read kick back). Had I not had the bad taste from the upscale clubs in San Jose I am sure I would have gone."

The TR in Miraflores is/was very much like the Key Largo without the windows and the live band but Miraflores is a better area than downtown SJO. TR Miraflores is about the same size as the KL and it is/was a fun place with more GFEs than the KL. I haven't been to the TR in San Isidro.

I don't regard any of them as a ripoff, but they are not a "cheap" alternative either. The prices have gone up to between $120 - $160 per chica, chica drinks are about the same - provided you clamp down on the "Red Bull" scam - which is actually an extra drink. Entrada now is between S/.50 and S/.80 depending on if you get out of the taxi before the club entrance, and salidas are now about S/.70. And the exchange rate now officially sucks!!

For pure entertainment, including an outside private courtyard with barbie and High Def TV, the Suites is a great experience. But I think the chicas at Emmanuelles are hotter.

Others on the board gasp in horror at these numbers as there are much cheaper options around. But I believe one is a free man. (Unless chained to a chica!!)

BTW TR in San Isidro is about 1/3 or less the size of Miraflores.

No, it is not required San Isidro is upscale as well! Another hotel is the Marriott and some of the local mongers belong to the gym their. It was not available before but If you want to rent the Penthouse for those five days, I can kick out the no-good monger currently there and let you have it for $99.00 a night!
