AMEX Trip Report Oct 2011: Part 1 (warning: my reports are really long and wordy)
thank you to all the isg contributors. hopefully someone will find my ramblings helpful. skip down to paragraph "4) diary" below for the stuff on hooking up with escorts.

3) approximate looks / pricing.
