[B]Lips bar report[/B] Location: Badajos St (half block from Maison / Burgos entrance), across the street from Bel-Air Soho residence. My favorite bar. Two bars, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bar has pool table and 5-15-ish girls. Upstairs can be as little as 20 girls on a slow night, and closer to 80+ on the weekends.

Upstairs report. Went in on a Friday evening, 10-10:30. Place was packed, wall-to-wall skinny bikini'd poon, and lots of customers. Approx 70 girls. Did not see any seats available. Probably 30-35 customers in total. A bouncer took me around to find a seat, but none were available (they had removed all girls from lounging in the booths, the booths were all full of customers with a girl or girls), so I bounced.

Came back about a week later on a Saturday, same time. Similar situation, this time about a dozen more girls. I got the last seat available. A great floor show was going on. A mama was dragging several honies around from booth to booth trying to get LD's for them. I was enjoying the floor show when half a dozen phine-assed bikini'd honies stopped in front of me to also watch the show, blocking my view with their own phine asses. I moved to my right in the booth to get a better view, but a moment later another 5-6 phine asses showed up in front of me to watch and completely blocked my dance view. I had to settle for 10+ phine-assed skinny backsides, swaying to the music, instead. See what I put up with while ISG reporting? Two more skinnies plopped down in the booth to my left. A moment another skinny joined them, pushing them around the booth and into me. See? I nursed my mixed drink for about 20 minutes taking it in. I was going to pay the bill and bounce, not in the mood to perv. But, no waitress came by and nobody pestered me for another drink, so I just enjoyed the great view for another half an hour. There were four whale booths running during the hour that I was there.

Came back a week later on a Saturday, 9:30 pm. About 40 girls on duty. Good floor show happening. Two whale booths going on. All the booths except for two were taken by customers. There is a beer price list, p120-180. My Heiny was 160. LD's start at p400 and go up, drink-depending. A pretty 19 yo skinny blonde plopped down next to me and didn't ask for a LD. We just chat for a while. She said the barfine is p4200 + girl's tip. Over the next 30 or so minutes while we were chatting and I was nursing my drink, no waitress or mama tried to get me to buy a LD. A third whale booth opened up. Multiple waitresses and mamas were so busy slinging drink orders to the whales, that hardly anyone was paying attention to the non-whale tables. I tried to get the attention of several waitresses in the area to pay my tab, and couldn't. The skinny girl took the bull by the horns and went to the wet bar to get a waitress, but she came back a few minutes later and apologized for not getting me any help. I mentioned jokingly that I should leave, and return another day to pay the bill. "Wait!" She jumped up and told a bouncer. The bouncer walked off to get a waitress, talking to two different gals and pointing in my direction. That didn't seem to get anywhere and he also went to the wet bar for help. A few minutes later he came by and shrugged his shoulders, as if to say, "Sorry, nobody is available to bring your bill". Just then the skinny came by with a waitress with my bill, which I paid without tip and bounced. Also during all this time, another 30 or so fresh girls came out of the changing room, bringing the total closer to 70-ish ladies on the floor.

I went to Lips on Burgos the other day. I'm not one to waste time in the bar buying lots of drinks and watching the stage. I don't drink alcohol so obviously that's not what I'm there to do. At first I thought there was no seats, but then they directed me to a booth with 2 girls already sitting. Neither of them were to my taste, but there was a girl in the next booth over that I liked so I invited her to sit. I bought her a drink and her friend a drink just because I was feeling charitable. Came to 980 pesos for the 2 lady drinks plus my Coke Zero.

I immediately asked the girl if she wanted to leave with me and verified the price was 3900 bar fine plus 5000 tip. She said yes, but also told me it would be for a few hours. I didn't ask number of shots but I was thinking two.

The bar manager came over and tried charging 4200 for bar fine. I told her I thought it was 3900. She told me that was the old price, but then gave me a "discount" to 3780.

I paid 100 for taxi instead of walking 8 minutes back to my hotel with the girl in heels. I also gave her 100 taxi money when she left. I was disappointed she left after one shot (although it was a great shot LOL). She was nice, pretty even with the lights on, but it's not cheap. A good strategy is to get their WhatsApp so next time you can just pay her the 5000 without any of the bar nonsense.

So total = 980 (drinks) + 3780 (bar fine) + 5000 (girl tip) + 200 (taxis) = 9960 pesos = about 170 usd.

I wonder if they would have let me buy zero drinks if I wanted to just bar fine right away. I don't drink and from talking to the girls, they don't necessarily enjoy drinking all the time either. Anyone know if they would be okay with that?

Is there a reliable way of getting hot girls here without paying the bar fees? From what I'm reading, Angeles City might be what I'm looking for as long as the girls are attractive enough.

I stopped in Maison because I heard they have rooms (or at least a curtain) on site. I was hoping to save some money on bar fine by staying on site. No such luck, they said it's the same 3900 (actually tried saying 4200 until I told them I know it's 3900). All I bought was a 120 php Coke Zero (actually 150 php because I got tired of waiting for my change after several minutes). Two girls sat next to me but I didn't buy them any drinks. I just got the info first, then they left after realizing I wasn't going to do anything. The lighting in here is so dark that it makes judging the girls appearance difficult (but not impossible). I saw 1 or 2 stunners on my way out the door, but by that time I had already made up my mind to leave. Lips has much more attractive girls and it's not as dark so it's easier to see what they actually look like. Overall, I successfully completed my mission of finding out if I can save money on bar fines with in-house rooms without spending a lot of money.

Yes, if you find someone hot, hook up on Whatsapp and negotiate without the added costs in the future.

And yes, although I take a cheaper option, I find that the 3-4-5 k I generally pay generally equates to an all nighter or a long term arrangement with two to four shots on average per night / morning. It's a guaranteed payment for the girl over a number of days, she gets fed and a few Red Horses, which is the general request.

When you're making arrangements just between you and the girl, it gets rid of all the freeloaders and what you can save from bar fines, LD's and shitty bartender tips. You can reward the girl a little extra and I guarantee you she'll be happy.

For newcomers, yes, the bar scene is a good place to start. Easy at an expense.

But over time, you can work out there's a much cheaper way. And it's not all about being a Cheap Charlie. It's about quality action without paying top shelf prices for only one shot.
