Bioplastia is the name of the procedure of using injections to enlarge body parts like ass, thighs, biceps etc. They inject, into the muscle, a biocompatible product that is accepted by the body. The product is mixed with the muscle and increase the muscle volume.
It seems like it has become quite popular the last year. It's quite common you see girls on the beach with unreal butts or tiny guys with giant biceps.

The concrete perimeter foundation has reached street level and interior excavation is ongoing. This week they replaced the old posters on the perimeter fence and they have been installing what appears to be a public relations office with a large glass front in the steel fence.
