Regarding cheap sex, in Centro you have Rua Barão de Limeira 134 and Rua dos Andradas 69. All floors in bouth buildings are puteiros. Very cheap but very trashy.

I've spent 3 straight nights at Scandallo. I practically live there now haha. I decided to give Bomboa another chance last night. I'm sure glad I did! I got there around 10:30 pm and it was poppin'! When Bomboa is dead, its really dead. When its banging its actually better than Scandalo imo for atmosphere. I can't speak to the quality of girls be / see I have not been to either place in months. But traditionally, they draw the same girls, Scandalo draws more be / see its larger, but Bomboa with 100-150 girls is also world class. As for atmosphere, I think there is no comparison. Scandalo is so dark you need a miner's helmet lamp to see the girls clearly. And you have to walk around a lot to ensure that you are seeing all the choices. You can't park and let the girls come to you. Bomboa is well lit, has better music, and the girls circulate, so that you can sit comfortably and be assured that you have seen all of them saunter by. The trick is going to Bomboa when it is banging and not dead. For whatever reason the fall off at Bomboa is more extreme on the off nights.
