From my experience and others I know that pay up front, almost all of them gave shitty service.

If they still insist on money upfront most reasonable chicas will compromise with money being visible in a neutral location such as the corner of the stand. I've had walkouts who insisted they be handed cash. Honestly felt like I dodged a bullet on those occasions.
