Check out Shinez13 at DIA for one of the worst profiles I've seen. No pic, overweight, full of rules and demands and insults, unnecessary vulgarity, and the ubiquitous run. On sentence. Maybe there is a gorgeous woman behind all that negativity, but I doubt it.
As an American, from a country which will nominate either a bombastic, narcissistic moron or a true evangelical psychopath as a Presidential candidate, it's difficult to strike a judgmental tone about the ignorance of people in other countries; particularly when in my native country the renecks brandish their overwhelming ignorance of the world with great pride. That said however, it is true that the overall state of the education system here is beyond pathetic. Teachers are poorly trained, often pay bribes to get their jobs, and schools are poorly equipped. It's no wonder then, that the geographical knowledge of the average Filipino is so poor. Of course I'm not sure that the average Republican voter could locate Europe on a blank world map, so perhaps my criticism is unduly harsh.
Local schools here waste so much time on meaningless pageants, "art" projects, celebrations and other non-academic pursuits that the percentage of time spent actually studying anything substantive is fairly small. Couple that with the general ignorance of many teachers and the absence of learning resources and the net result isn't pretty.

It's unfortunate that you make such sweeping generalizations GE and I wonder about the base upon which you criticize every school and teacher in the Philippines. I also wonder how many state elementary and secondary schools you visited to accumulate enough data to make the claims that schools "waste so much time. ".
I am currently working with approximately 300 teachers engaged in high quality professional development activities and I am very impressed with their amazing dedication and desire to improve their capacity, and their knowledge levels are also adequate. I will meet them again in April and I am sure they will have made great progress on the tasks that I set for them.
I am not denying that Philippines education is struggling to maintain adequate standards nor am I defending the severe problems in the system but this is due to the overwhelming numbers that the system is trying to deal with and not due to the incredible dedication of a majority of filipino teachers. I also find that the current DepED administration is easily the most competent and hard-working group of administrators that have occupied these positions since I have been working with the agency.

I see some of you use FC. I Always used DIA and am very satisfied (80% of girls I have met from this site have climbed up to my room and spent some lovely hours there).
As DIA is free while FC is not (and I just see they charge 30 $/ month unless you subscribe for a Whole year), I wonder if maybe there is any secret tool on FC that would justify this credit card waste.
Plus, DIA covers all the area. It means sometimes you get a chance to meet some pinay in China, SG, Malaysia or Chinese, Thai, Viet girls.
Anyway, let me know why FC gets so appreciated.

2) Subscription-based sites eliminate most of the knuckleheads who can't or won't pay, e.g. the poor and the married who can't use a credit card for fear of the wife, yet who are demanding the girls' time and attention. A girl on FC may get fewer messages than on DIA (trust me, she still receives many), so she isn't overwhelmed by the time wasting fellas living in the Philippines, the subcontinent and elsewhere.

As I was busy with job, I forgot anyway to put details like location, nationality, age, what you are looking for, etc.
Thought of doing it later but then day got busy and I just forgot. So for a night I was just a nickname and a face.
Well, today I open my mail and I find 89 messages! Plus 37 girls interested in me. This makes me think some messages could be a fake, sent by website to stimulate newcomer's appetite and force him to subscribe.
In DIA I feel lucky if overnight I get a message or two from girls I haven't contacted first and most of times if I am messaged first it is a 40 yo widow with 3 kids living in some remote village hidden in the jungle. On FC on just one night more than 50 attractive 20/22 yo girls want to meet me? Sounds weird.

The only way you, as a user, can confirm your suspicions is to join and reply to the messages; if the senders ghost you then you're correct. I'm happy to pay the fee because FC has been a great and ghost-free site for me.

I am over-mailed.
What is really curious about these messages, very few of them (lets say 5 of 100) from Metro Manila or Cebu or Davao. Most of messages come from very remote areas (Ozamiz, Gen San, Butuan, Surigao, Benguet, Bicol, Nueva Ecija, etc. Etc.). And some girls have very attractive pics, much more attractive and better taken than the ones in DIA. There is also a "bikini section" on FC.
Well, I don't know but as I never had troubles in getting good contacts in DIA and never been in lack of girls while in Phils I think I will save the 35 $ FC asks for a month Subscription.

1) The girls from the less visited locales are more motivated to message. In my profile I state I only will meet girls who are in Metro Manila or are visiting town, such as an OFW in transit. These doesn't filter out everyone from afar, but a lot of them. No need to waste time with someone I'll never meet.
2) A lot of girls have the incorrect location. This is due to either listing their hometown for some odd reason or moving to a new city and failing to update their profile. For girls I find attractive yet too far away I write: "Thanks for sending me your message. I enjoyed reading your profile, but I'm not looking for long-distance friends. If you're ever come to Manila let me know and we'll get together. ".
Their replies will be typically one of these: a) OK, I'll do that; b) I can come visit you if you pay my transpo; c) My location is wrong. I live in Caloocan / QC / Manila. I don't know how to update my profile.

She; "huh, but I am not in Manila I live in General Santos".
This and other failiours like the above mentioned made me smarten up in both profiletext building and in pure writing texts.
Another obsticle I soon learned to deal with was the fact that very few pinays read profiles so I made the profile headline (which most see anyways) state "read my profile, Manila based girls only and no LB please". This helped a lot. After getting in touch with pinays I confirmed through the earliest msg if they actually did read my profile and if they understood it. Adding in "Where in phils are you now" also helped.
This at least helped me not to waste time on girls not beeing able or willing to meet anyways.

I doubt your account is closed because you are willing to help some girl unless you mention sexual gratification for such help. My modus operandi is to switch over contact chat to yahoo messenger or Skype. There you can discuss anything in addition to seeing her on cam. Only one time my account was cancelled because a girl who was married to a US citizen complained that I was harassing her. After marriage why this girl was still trolling in DIA is open to discussion. She initially said she is unhappy and willing to meet me in spite of married. She wanted a daytime tryst. We planned but never met in person. At the same time she started demanding many things from me. When I objected she complained. However by using another phone number I was able to open another account.
