The pricing is a bit out of whack on Burgos. I don't see many girls being barfined.

Filipinos generally don't know anything of how things are done outside the country, don't care about how things are done elsewhere, and there is no plan to change anything. Its possible, 50 years from now, that the cold experience BB had in that bar (while hot for other fellas in the same bar, or in other bars) will be exactly the same. The Phils way is 'out of whack', or 'Katty-wampus' from other similar systems around the world. System's analysis is not their strong suit. If you are one of those persons who doesn't like change, and you found a quality place elsewhere (Germany, Columbia, DR, BKK), you should revel in it and consider not traveling outside those zones.

Pre snuffle virus, the girls were much prettier and a night's groping at the bar could be off the chain. Take her home and you were almost guaranteed a knock out body and attitude to match. Still possible but not a sure thing anymore. Tue girls and bars are far more reserved now. That's disappointing given the costs involved.

While barfines are expensive, remember that P Burgos also offers other options that are possibly the best value in Manila.
