I am a having my first ever visit to AC next month, I guess I am curious and want to see first hand what the place is like, All these reports of police raids are quite worrying and the very last thing I want, is to be relaxing in an AC bar with a cold beer only to find myself scooped up in a raid and hauled off to jail.

I guess my question is this; are customers at risk of being arrested by the police in these raids? I see from one report two Americans and one Japanese man were arrested which did concern me and I don't want my trip or my life ruined by exposing myself to any unecessary risks?

Luckily I am meeting a group of girls in AC so I can if necessary still have a fun there, but I did also want to experience some of the bars and night life but feel nervous after reading these reports.

With all the raids I have not heard of one confirmed report of a customer to a bar going to jail/

But I did read the paper and wonder if they might be trying to get the customers?

Right now I don't worry so much about that. Being in a bar and having the police take me. But I think if you got a girl on your lap or undercover police see you doing something you are at more risk?

Or if by accident a minor is tallking to you? Then maybe your risk is higher?

And of course, that is not the case in every situation. As for the women I meet, I have video chatted and emailed with them for several weekes or months. The older women have NEVER asked for money. I am sure that as you travel around the Fils, you will hear many stories about how some guy promised some girl the moon, and then left after getting what he came for, I know it happens. I would also be careful about believing all that you hear. I know from personal experience that trying to "be a nice guy" and "letting them down gently" doesn't always work very well. As they say the line between love and hate is very thin and both are strong emotions. I have known a few Fils gals, that no matter what you did or said, only heard what they wanted to hear or thought that giving you a world class BBBJ would change your mind about marriage, kids, etc. When it didn't they told me I was a bum, asshole, etc.
