Wala from either of these "experts." The work ethic and business skills of the "business people" in this country is of the same pi$$ poor quality of everything else they do. Unless they think they can make a fast buck, they're just going to be content eating their rice and fish, watching singing and dancing and being irresponsible with pregnancies. Oh, I left out sleeping.

I know that if I was in London, Chicago, Sydney or Moscow, those agents would have found out where I live and they'd be knocking my door down by now. These pinheads can't even respond to an inquiry by any form of communication known by man in the 21st century. It's 9:05 am as I'm writing this, and they're probably still sleeping. What failures these e'ffing people are.

A really efficient switched on gent who even remembers my birthday. If the agent you have chosen doesn't work for you, change agents, there are many.

Of all pinoys that might be classified as "lazy", real estate sellers are NOT. I suspect the OP just met some bogus agents who were big-timing themselves.

I made the mistake of giving my number to a real estate representative once when she pleaded that she needed it to show her boss that she had been working. I was bombarded day and night by messages; worse still she shared my number with her colleagues, and the only way I could stop the texts was to change my number.

Usually I find the new girl trying to compete with the last one. I can't count the number of times I have detailed what I did with my previous date, only to have the new one say something like "Well, I'll [insert sex act here] much better than she did". Also eliminates a lot of jealousy since they know you see multiple women. I have yet to have a single pinay I met in person refuse to see me because I saw someone else before and intend to do the same after, as long as you establish this up front (same is not true on DIA though, but good to filter out the jealous types anyway).

Sometimes they turn up girl crap that is not associated with me or my paramours but merely left behind by a previous hotel room occupant. After being quizzed & giving me the 'aww come on' routine I've had to just smile & say I don't need to lie about this, you are free to leave if you wish.

They lie & cheat routinely. They test you. If you are weak or aggressive you lose, in their minds. Be assertive in a friendly kidding around way, you win & get a little respect.

As I remember, the drop rate (beginning rate) for a taxi from the airport taxi line was 70 p vs. 40 p for regular street taxis. This is outside PAL's terminal 2. When I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, there were no taxis, and I asked the dispatcher to call me one. "Is 440 p to Makati, sir". Hey, I was on a mission and couldn't wait. I'll take it. One appeared within 45 seconds, and off we went. As a side point, I do remember a tout who tried to corral me before I reached the taxi line, on my last trip, and offer me a car to Makati for 1600 p, showing me the "official" placard with the 1,600 p price.
