Come on, you really believe the girls when they tell you the price of their apartment rents? Sale school 101 tells you not to trust a seller on these topics.
Most girls don't live alone. They share the apartment with perhaps 1 or 2 other girls. And going by market rates for student flats, it shouldn't cost them more than perhaps 500 euro a month per person. Plus electricity, internet and so on.
No, I don't believe this is one year lease as the girls sometime come and go. But the apartment / hotel are not in the city either. They are like in Langen, Offenbach, Hanau, etc. But still close enough to the clubs. Thanks for the info though. I will probably go with AirBnB then, in case I want to move around from FRA to DUS.

So it seems many people think the "no approach" rule is too draconian. I have another suggestion though. What about a no-ask-to-go-to-room rule? I don't mind a girl approaching me and some great sessions have resulted. But if a girl approaches and the first thing she says is "Zimmer?" you know it's going to be a mediocre session. I think all experienced mongers know this, am I wrong?
If the girl chats with you for a few minutes and then suggests a room, it's probably going to be good. But the best sessions I have had have been the ones where the girl didn't suggest it at all. The girls who acted like they just wanted to hang out with me forever. And sometimes then I am the one to get bored. Point proven! Let's get it on girl!
So that is why I propose the rule: a girl should never ask to go to a room. Maybe it's just attacking the symptoms but sometimes that helps.

When I go to the clubs I will most probably see several women that I'm attracted by, if one of those come up to me with a bad attitude I can easily dismiss her. If I have to approach every women that I might want to session with I will most likely have to approach several women which I won't session with or take to the room and won't have a good time with because I felt obligated to pick her because I approached her.

Even in my little sample of long term bookings the range is huge. For example rates for an weekend (3 day) booking for my Sharks girl is around 1 k per day but include overnights. In LR it's only 500 per day. I would say in terms of quality the girls are similar. Although I would say the LR girl likes a lot more but I like the Sharks girl more. I even booked a couple GT girls for 4 days for 500 each per day without overnights, but it was a twin deal and they were really good friends and worked really well together for me to pass up. A couple years ago at Artemis I also had a weekend twin deal for 700 each per day. That was probably the best weekend I've ever had those WGs were down for anything and was super horny for each other. Best paid group sex in all my 3 years of FKKing around. It was wet every where.
And that's just the rates for me. The same girls would charge other men differently with the same time. Same girl would charge a Dubai guy for 10 k per day for 10 days in Dubai (no condoms allowed)! She would also charge someone nothing for a week of creampie marathons in Seychelles. The guy had to pay for the trip obviously.
The world of long term booking have huge ranges. A lot depends on how much the girls actually likes you.

If they are going to lie about it I would think they would say that it is more expensive than they are paying. So, they can claim that they need money to pay for the rent, no money left, etc. Instead of saying it being so low. Keep in mind though that these are not like a typical apartment. Some are just a dingy hotel with small room and bathroom, dorm, etc.
I see some low daily rate in NRW on AirBnb. Maybe I will just migrate up there. Thanks everyone for the inputs.

I have met one German FKKer who is married. He works in FRA maybe 5-10 days out of the month while his family lives three hours away. So he has a lease on a small flat that is only occupied a portion of the year.
Also it could also be one person officially on the lease but multiple people rotating in and out.
Here is an idea. Why don't you ask the WG you know to find a cheap, temporary flat for you? Tell her the more you can save on hotel costs, the more you can spend on her! Good luck.

Most of the time, if I remember, I may even ask the customer to explicitly state that I was the one that directed business to the WG. The WG is always appreciative. This is not always selfish on my part. I have even referred WGs that I've never tried before. "That girl over there is Sandra. She is not my type, but I've never heard anything bad about her. ".
When a customer walks up and says "Hi Sandra. We never met before, but I heard from another customer that you are good in the room", I think that sends an indirect message: The customers talk to each other. It is a form of positive reinforcement that would hopefully encourage them to continue being top-performers (and not go to the dark side).
Problem is at many clubs, particularly touristic ones, the men are lone wolf, anti-social types, who are not interested in sharing information. So the scammers don't get punished, and the honest ones don't get rewarded.

All we get might at most be a better relationship with the girl (s). And why be possessive and selfish? Why not open and polygamous?
