I can share my experience with these drugs.
1. Viagra and Tadafil makes it easier (significantly) to get a erection, no change in duration of ejaculation.
2. Dapoxetine delays ejaculation.
3. There are side effects, what I have observed upset stomach, heart beating faster, flushing of face.
4. Always take small dose, I took only 1/4 of the recommended dose and still it worked well (I had no issues but still wanted to try out).
5. Tadalafil is better than Viagra and effect is much longer.
