She should probably want to know what to tell customs or immigration at the arrival point more than the departure wouldn't she?
No, departure is the key. Going through Philippine Immigration is the hard part. After Philippine Immigration busted some guys actively moving girls from AC Bars to other points in Asia to ply there trade at increased prices. All points of departure for destinations in SEA are on the list for increased scrutiny, with AC and Manila being the hardest to depart for obvious reasons.
Single young girls (not married) travelling alone have the hardest time to get out of the Philippines without supporting documents like work visa, letter writen by family members who live in her chosen destination, copy of death certificate of family member recently deceased in her chosen destination. In other words a good reason for going. If for whatever reason the Immigration officer thinks the girl might be taking the trip for sex purposes she will be flagged and pulled aside. In the office she will undergo more serious questioning and if her story doesn't add up they will refuse to allow her to leave the Philippines and her name could be entered into an Immigration watch list that will raise red flags should she try to depart the Philippines from another airport.
Philippine Immigration will ask key questions like, her work and education status in the Philippines, reason for the trip, proof who payed for the flight, proof of her hotel booking and if she will not stay in a hotel a letter signed by a family member stating she will stay at there residence at X street for x number of days. If the woman is under the age of 23 and travelling alone Immigration could request a signed letter of consent by her parents that they know about her trip and approve. This same letter of approval is requested when a woman under 23 gets married away from her birthplace area and thus away from her close family.
The appearance of the girl also matters. If she looks like a bargirl forget about it. If she seems somewhat conservative and Hi-so that's her best chance to pass Immigration without incident but that will depend on her answers and documents.
Also guys departing the Philippines for destinations in other SEA countries with younger Philippine girls face increased resistance since the bargirl export ring was exposed. Travelling with sex toys in your bag and porn on your laptop is not a smart move if travelling together. The male traveller will also face more serious questioning and if the Immigration officials do not like the answers the girl can be denied departure and the guy can be placed on a watch list.
If the girl is allowed to leave, entry into her Country of destination is not guaranteed and she will again have to face a few questions but the hard part is being allowed to board the plane. Also another tip is to purchase her a round trip ticket with the same airline. That takes the obligation off the airline to make sure she has a confirmed return ticket.
