My last trip was at the end of 2019. It looks like Argentina and Colombia are opening-up in the middle of November to flights from USA. I am a septuagenarian. You can try to get a vaccine out of your home country if it becomes available for you sooner, or plan to visit a country where the situation is better, even if means more expensive or difficult to enter (example: Cambodia, Thailand) or Tanzania. Yet, I'm staying put. If kissing is something you so thoroughly enjoy, that's totally a no brainer.
