They like the idea of their baby having a western passport and they possibly getting one.

But the bigger picture is that it is more common for indonesians not to use condoms. Dh ate the worrst in hk. Full time working indos are more likely to use condoms, but not all.

Many of the foreigners married to Indonesian domestic helpers in HK got married because the girl got pregnant (on purpose). That's the easiest way for the girl to get our of her misery as DH, have a decent life and have a more comfortable life instead of returning to the bushes in Indonesia. Mind you that there are a few marriages because of genuine love but those are only the exceptions.

And this applies to the already married foreigner:

The other scam is to report being pregnant and ask for the money for an abortion which most of the married men are willing to provide to avoid the trouble with the wife. Best way out of it is to be very concerned about the pregnant girl and to invite her to visit the gyn together for the ultrasound. Oops, just the morning of the appointment with the gyn suddenly the period has returned (smile). I speak from experience on a couple of occasions!

However I never tell the girl that I got one some years ago, so then I know if she comes with this story that she's full of shit.

What happens to the Indos that get pregnant and the single guy doesn't want to get married? I assume that happens fairly often. I take it their employers don't look too kindly upon this.

Seems like a high risk / high reward strategy. I'm surprised more that than a very few get a marriage proposal.

Often the baby is sent back to Indonesia and adopted by an Indonesian couple. Suddenly this couple who can't have children appear with a baby.

The worst country for pregnant Indo D / H is Saudi Arabia. Work that out!

She was vey responsible, she actually asked about a condom. Usually, I have to keep my hand on an Indo's ass to be ready to block her from sticking it in before the condom. I want to ask one, why they fuck without condoms, but I am always afraid of offending if she misunderstands me.

For example Australia and Philippines.

What this means is that the girl can get support from you even though she is in the Philippines or Hong Kong and you have returned to Australia.

You can deny all you want but unless you get a DNA test done you would normally be stuck with paying if you were at the place and time she says you popped her.

And a number of ladies in HK get abortions from their Indonesian friends. This is non-medical people.
