If you are asking about hiding your identity on phone from a installed app you won't find much luck.

Change the privacy settings on your browser you use for this purpose- Private Browsing (no cookies). Use firefox inprivate browsing and IE / Chrome for your regular web purpose (Separate identities and don't mix). All your searches etc are linked across sites and your online profile is available to all search players. If you enter mail ids, phone numbers etc these become part of your online profile. Most sites use cookies and not IP. The latter changes across sessions unless you use the office network (which is getting you in trouble with your Sysadmin & co policies).

2. If you are mongering regularly you are leaving your mobile number trail which LE use and not 1 above. To safegaurd. Get a smartphone, Use Skype on 3G while calling.
