A fellow member recommended a massage place near the airport (legit place but known for extras). Sent them on WhatsApp and they replied with list of massages and their prices, chose the cheapest one xD.

I went to the location but could not find the place as there were no sign for it, then I asked two teenagers on the street about the building number and they answered in a giggling way: That is the building for the massage!; Seems like lots of people come everyday. I was a bit worried but went in.

The massage place is an apartment in the first floor with a small board showing the name outside the apartment. From the inside the place looked crappy and shady a bit. More of a brothel than a massage center tbh.

Met with the receptionist, a nice African lady who speaks good English, paid the price and she directed me to the massage room. The room had a small shower, small bed with a very weird transparent boxers on it. The masseuse (Egyptian) came into the room and told me to change into the see through briefs and I did. I lied on my stomach and she started massaging my back, it was relaxing, she was using oils but after 5 minutes she was massaging my butt and touching the inner part of my thighs which made her touch my balls a lot xD. I do not know if that can be a part of a normal massage as it is the first time I get one.

The scenario you described is very unlikely to happen despite Egypt being a poor country. On very rare locations you may have some luck with street walkers if you are able to identify them. I don't think there will be problems taking a girl to your place once you find one.
