I usually bring ear plugs, the silicone kind that lay flat in your ear. That said, ask for a higher floor, that helps. I've had decent luck in Hotel Ejecutivo. The A/C fan tends to drown out the noise. They do charge around $10 if you bring a woman back though, and it's not great value for the money. Tunaman, there are a ton of massage parlors all over the city, open during day time. Try a search or just look in the yellow pages when you get there. I've tried and like Hawaii and Oasis.

He is right along with KOS. Even though most everyone's posts keep saying don't pay too much, who would have thought $30 would be too much for a great piece of ass? If you're coming there from the USA $30 sounds like a great deal.

A couple of times towards the end of our stay I had a few girls offer to spend the night for a $100. By then I was much smarter and just laughed and walked away. They followed me and lowered their prices guickly to $40 for the whole night. By then I had had enough pootang and just wasn't interested.

I realy think there are not that much skinny girls in Panama;especialy when you like em dark and black!!

Crown Casino is next door to Riande Continental and across from Mc Donalds on Via Espana at Veneto.

Over the last 2 weeks on at least 4 evenings I went to Crown Casino. Although there were 2 bars (one on the basement and one at the far end of the casino) there were no girls! As I tried the same place at least 4 times at different hpurs, I can safely say that it is not a pickup location as mentioned earlier at this section.

I don't know where is Royal Casino. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had some luck finding Colombianas at Manolos on Veneto and Via Espana.

Manolos is very close to Oasis and Torres de Alba and Las Vegas Hotels. It is very easy to find. The food is basic and the service sucks! Personally I wouldn't eat there.

But, there were about 20-25 girls on last Saturday about 6.00 pm. They were very easy to talk and most wanted $100!

I noticed them walking around on Veneto in the afternon and early evening. They do make eye contact with you and smile. So no doubts as to they are P4P.

Did not see any 10s, but did notice a few 6s and a 7.

I will post more after I had some more exprience on these girls.

$100 for a 6 or a 7??? That's a laugh, unless it's for all night. Muf, I did see a few last week in Crown Casino, but they're not conspicuous, and you're going to have to go up and talk to them. There weren't any knockouts there either. I pulled a blonde from there around 11:00 PM who was maybe a 7.5, and asking for, surprise, $100 for an hour. I paid less but don't remember what -- guess it was either the alcohol or the alzheimer's.

That said, I think you're right, it didn't strike me as a great pick up joint.

The Royal Casino doesn't exist -- somebody here got it confused with Crown.

It's funny that you mentioned dark and black because that is actually my preference. I have seen several very hot looking skinny black girls around the city, such as walking around shopping malls with their boyfriend. One of them resembled the model Georgianna Robertson. So they do exist in Panama, unfortunately there are just not that many as you say.

Try Tony Roma's, and also you can try a steak/meat buffet style restaurant called Os Segredos de la Carne( Secrets of the Meat or something like that)$15 to $20 all the meat/steak you can eat. Ive also seen a tv commercial for a place that I cant recall the name where they have that thing about a 32 or so ounces steak that if you eat it all in an hour you dont pay for it. Let me see if i can find the name
