If the chargesheet is made under immoral trafficking act then the girls would be let off without any hassle because they are suppressed against their will to work but the customer would be tried with all legalities as he was indulging in an illegal act. In a situation like this it is best to face police harassment meant to extort money, just pay them and get out of it because if it goes to court then he would have to face severe consequences along with public humiliation.
