Also they made sure WhatsApp name matches with Truecaller name but forgot about Paytm, paytm it reveals their true name which is not what is being claimed.

This is a popular scam particularly when you contact them over whatsapp numbers provided in their profiles in dating apps. All you have to do is block. They have a standard script similar to scam call centers.

This is only a high level information I got from one of my friends friend, who happens to be a CI. And at the same time I have another friend who is working in the backend side of things in Airtel.
