The 7 day incidence in Frankfurt and Darmstadt have both breached the 350 per 100,000 people threshold, assuming it stays over 350 for the next 2 days (which is likely) according to Hesse rules unfortunately Sharks and Palace will have to close on Saturday.

I think it's just a Hesse rule to close prostitution facilities at 350, I'm not sure Berlin has the same rule for example. Looking at the Artemis website they aren't even doing 2G+ there just regular 2G (unless they aren't updating their website).

Incidence is quite inconsequential when all of these people are just sick at home with body aches and not needing medical care. Hospitals have so far been able to handle the 20-30% of the people who are unvaccinated with covid.

The whole of Germany will be a hotspot soon. I've not known a country chop and change it's rules so often like Germany do, 3G, then 2G then 2G+ with no masks, now 2G+ with masks and most likely closed next. There is a meeting to review the rules on Jan 7th hopefully something will change then but I'm not hopeful, I read the health minister talk about more stringent measures.
