For e. G. If you want your fake name to be Jack, save the new sim number as Jack in your original phone, and have the same come up on true caller.

Girls or SPs have no real way to find out the name and documents you gave while taking the Sim. They mostly go with the name coming up in truecaller. And that name will be the name you saved in your original phone.
