To get hold of a SP / Agent (most of the times. Whoever not paying promptly / failing to pay. Faces the wrath of the law). LE themselves moves in as a client and the agent is grabbed. This you would have read in Newspapers and recently some of the raids on MPs in Chennai are under this mode only.
