It costs about 100 or 200 baht more, but it is well worth it. I paid 900 baht for a 2 hour takeout. Since it was 2am and the girl clocked out at 5am, she was mine for the night. After a very good run of good performing girls, the last two visits I have had "new" girls, and the service has been disappointing.
