I was in SH recently for a long weekend and initially to afraid to visit my usual sauna places. I think you should not have even given the RMB 70. I would have called the police right after the 2nd girl appeared with the drinks.

This certainly echoes my own experience on my last trip to Shanghai. For reasons of discretion I needed to have in-call, so I decided to give the numbers on Craigslist a call. They have a couple dozen numbers updating every day, so you know the vast majority are duplicates and professionally posted. My experience is exactly as Bonzo had... for both numbers that I tried each girl - who was not the same as her pic - immediately tried to upsell (from basic RMB600 service to 2-hour RMB800 service). Really annoying and even tried to offer massage first, so that she could use up the time and I would be trapped into paying money as the girl had performed some "service."

New to the forum. I've only been in Shanghai for a little while but I've been reading this forum and got some great advice.
