I believe that Marglo is trying to build a little drama in his report (and/or he's never been to Hong Kong before) as I am also skeptical about him carrying a loaded gun and flashing it around Hong Kong.

But I have found that there is a very popular following in Hong Kong for realistic pellet guns that can be purchased legally by Hong Kong citizens. Back in 2005, while looking for some radio control hobby shop in the area by the Ladies Market (around the Soy and Fai Yuen St. area) I ran across at least 12 to 15 shops selling Japanese reproductions of almost any gun made on the planet! It seems that these people stage contest similar to paint ball matches except that they use pellet guns instead. They dress up in full military uniforms and stage these events on out laying islands from Hong Kong. I have photos of the shops and the guns, machine guns and rifles and they look and feel like the real thing. I'll see if I can find those pictures and get back to you with them.

Update! I found some of the pictures I took of the pellet shops I found in the Kowloon area! Check them out! The first shot is the outside of the Tokyo Model Co and it was also the brand of the pellet guns they carried. The second and third picture were of guns they carried that you could purchase.

1. If anyone is in Hong Kong just look at the yellow signs. Chinese $250, Hong Kong $250, Malay $350 and Philipinio $500. I am just reporting. Also some signs said Russian $500. I think I noticed one blond Russian walking in the street and not too attractive.

2. The Hong Kong Police are ineffectual at best. Yes, Hong Kong has laws no guns, no stun guns, no lie dectectors, etc. Every major executive I know carries a gun, sorry.

4. Mong Kok 8 I have no explanation why the boys got agitated. They were young and maybe drinking. I went up the winding stairs, found the office and they brought me to a room. After 5 minutes an older man brought a girl. I rejected her. He said wait. I waited and expected another choice. A few minutes later the fat kid came in the room all upset. Behind him were three other fellows. Did not like the attitude or the odds and I figured I would even them.

5. Bascially I reported on Hong Kong because some of the yellow sign girls were young and outstanding. 141 hotel girls I have tried were quite cold in bed. Also for some reason I had trouble with bait and switch.

If you choose not to believe me not my problem. I think Gengis Khan will attest to my honesty.

I haven't been to a Mongkok brother in 5 yrs but I do remember that Philipina girls were the cheapest. Next where Thai.

HK dog I was surprised by the price of the Philipinos also. Maybe because there are so few available in Mong Kok. I have been to Fenwicks and the Holiday Inn and I have never seen so many ugly women in one place. My friends always say "Why would I want to sleep with my maid?" All I can suggest is for you to look at the signs yourself. I do not have an explanation. All I can say is that some of the Chinese girls being taken from apartment to apartment were very good looking. But I could not negoitate with the keepers. When I asked if I could take the girl to my hotel and I offered $1500 HK dollars they countered with $3000 . If I asked if the girl could stay an hour they just doubled the price. There were so many men in the street watching the girls I wondered how they made a living. My only luck was arranging to meet after work at 5:00 AM. This was real slavery. Actually very ugly.

Marglo - ISG has a very good policy of not allowing flaming wars – but your concoction about Hong Kong has really offended me. I live and work in Hong Kong and strongly feel that such falsehood must be strongly countered.

NO SUCH THING – Filipinos at the brothels/yellow sign places ARE cheaper. The only place they go for more is around the Wanchai Bars which is where a lot of Western mongers go to. And it’s because these Filipinos can speak English vs. the Chinese ho’s who do not.

The Hong Kong Police Force is known as “Asia’s Best” and indeed they stand out as being the most effective, incorruptible and professional law enforcement agency in Asia – and I would even venture to suggest - worldwide.
Major executives carrying guns? What tobacco are you smoking – if he is truly a major executive, then he has a phalanx of body guards and do NOT carry guns. You CLAIM to be in the security business but you don’t even know that Hong Kong’s gun laws are so strict that most body guards here can NOT carry guns, and anybody who owns a gun here must be a member of the 2 Hong Kong Gun clubs – and that they MUST store their gun(s) at the club. So what can of security business are you in? Do you routinely put on your uniform and then stand around?

Prostitution in Hong Kong IS a business and its run as a business (OK, here I concede that there are Triad elements involved – but they certainly do NOT go about causing mayhem as depicted in the movies). As a business, it is paramount that customers ARE treated well and are made to feel safe and catered to. If you indeed did experience what you said you did – then you must have really caused offense or acted like a total a…..e

Sorry Jackson – but I do believe that this and the previous report of Marglo should not be marked for distinction. It is totally false and maligns the true story of Hong Kong. It will steer our members to NOT want to sample the delights of Hong Kong – and that in itself is an injustice. Thank you

An absolutely ridiculous statement. There are no problems with "Pakistani gangs" in Hong Kong. Can you quote ONE news article from a credible news website that supports your claims of widespread Pakistani gangs in Hong Kong?

This forum is a fantastic service to any hobbyists, particularly those unfamiliar with a specific area. Indeed it helped me out immensely when I first moved to Hong Kong. I feel that Marglos comments are a disservice to say the least. I second everything that SE Asia Joe has said regarding Marglos comments.

I clearly wrote Hong Kong has no guns, no stun guns, no lie dectectors. This means that guns, stun guns and lie dectectors are banned in Hong Kong. This does not mean that every major executive I know does not own a gun. They do. As far as the yellow signs just take a trip to Mong Kok. Next time I will bring a camera. I just reported what I saw. As far as my statement about the police and gangs I am correct. I am in Hong Kong once a month on business, I own a building and run a trading company involved in OEM manufacturing. As far as my security company it isn't anyone's concern but I no longer wear a uniform. Jackson my reports are 100% accurate. Check with Gengis Khan if you doubt my veracity. I think this conversation has played out.

Most of the discussion about 37 Dundas here has tended to be about the first floor place -- Gam Bo Shing (which has its 'hotel' on the 3/F).

I went to the 2/F place -- Doh Lee Loi -- last night. Partly coz an old friend of mine is now working there. Carmen is excellent, known her for quite a while, not the best looker (altho she's quite reasonable) but she has an excellent body, and is a first class sooker and fooker. She turned up in the sexiest little red dress too!

Doh Lee Loi's 'hotel' is on the 4/F, and as we came down in the lift there was another nice-looking piece in the lift going back to Doh Lee Loi, also in a sexy little red dress.

My recollections of Doh Lee Loi was that it was one floor up from Gam Bo Shing, a bit cheaper (its $360 for the session and $70 for the hotel - as against $390 and $80 for GBS), and that the girls were one notch down.

It may be worth a reassessment! Or I may have just seen two good ones.

checked out 2/fl. of 37 dundas on friday. there was a mamasan called apple something there. spoke english and i was greeted like an old friend and it felt very welcoming. the karaoke room was a tad bit better than the 1/fl. i saw 2 girls, both looked acceptable and is about a notch or two higher in terms of girls looks than the 1/fl.

the girl had good blow job skills, but would not let me cim. what a bummer! oh well, there went her tip.

the room on the 4/fl. has mirrors on the ceiling, with pvc covering on the bed. the shower though, had such a strong stench of [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord109][CodeWord109][/url] that, despite the better looking girls available here on the 2/fl., i will not return.

I have been in HK for a month or so and was thinking it may be time to bring some of the working girls home.
