I have only been to FKK clubs in Germany, never tried a massage parlor or other menus. This VIP Massage place looks good, but I see the website is only in German (no English version). Is this place good for English speakers?

Some masseuses are very good though and the experience is worth it if you can get hold of them at all. The best masseuses are usually fully booked days in advance. In the German city where I live there are some masseuses with raving reviews I have never been able to get an appointment with. They're as busy as the most famous hip-surgeons. Unlike full-sex sessions whose duration is variable massages are for a set time (typically 40 minutes) so masseuses can run a strict schedule and the chances of you getting hold of them by just showing up is slim.
English is never problem in Germany for discussing the practicalities but if you have a fantasy which is a language-based one that's another thing.

But, that was almost 2 years ago, so I wonder does anything change now?

If FKK Dietzenbach has improved, then I may want to try it again.

In FKK FaQ #1984 your recommendation order was Sharks, Oase, World, MH.
That was less than a month ago.
Perhaps World improved a lot of late, (or is it the qualifier about DFK which you added below).

I am far from being an expert on MPs in Germany, but my experiences have have been very different from yours:

A brothel calling itself a massage parlor is rare in Germany. (One can get massage in a brothel, though.) There are basically 4 types of massage parlors:
1. Medical massage: paid for via a prescription from your physician. Chances are some big dude in a T-shirt will massage you on a table.
2. Wellness massage: generally similar to above, but more about relaxation and less about treating muscular injuries. Often offered at large indoor swimming pools / saunas. If in a sauna area, sometimes you can be nude during the massage, but the masseur / masseuse will not be and there is no erotic component.
3. Tantra massage: a lot of far-eastern bullshit, but usually of good quality. Usually includes a hand job (this is what most people mean by happy end) and perhaps prostate massage. Touching the masseuse is possible but not very much. There is a whole range here: people who have studied far-eastern woo for years and so on, and at the other extreme just a tacky statue of Buddha in the corner-and everything in-between.
4. Erotic massage: the description above is spot-on. Officially, only erotic massage (both nude, body-to-body, touching, handjob) is on offer and you can complain and get a refund if any of these are missing. DATY, COB, kissing: possible, but not guarantee. Some girls will offer it to some clients but not others. BBBJ and CFS: rather rare, but it is on offer, as is CBJ, but usually at an extra cost. (Consider: just around the corner you can have 20 minutes fuck and suck in the RLD for EUR 25, while massage-parlor extras start at EUR 30 or so but the time is included in the time you've already paid for.) Very occasionally such extras are offered at no extra cost, but practically never if you ask for them. In other words, the girls know that this is not officially offered, and are under no pressure to do so, but might occasionally offer it to a client (usually a regular) they genuinely like.
On the web, look for "erotische Massage". If the website has nude or seminude photos of the girls, it is not in category 1 or 2 above. Tantra places tend to charge more than the standard EUR 100 for one hour.
(Fees for less or more than one hour and/or for more than one girl at a time do vary, so if you want, say, 2 girls for 2 hours, it pays to shop around.)
I was just trying to decide for my next trip of Germany and this time since I hit the big most popular ones many times I want to try some different clubs.
Because of last Tuesday dress days I will definitely hit Palace. I neglect the negative comments about there because for me it is a tier 1 club like Oase-Sharks and Artemis.
I want to try big clubs. I am really getting bored in small clubs.
Since there are many good reports about Mainhattan I really thought it is waste of time and money for me.
This time I think Oceand and PHG but I am also suspicious about PHG because as far as I know it is a small club.
And I still don't know what will be the number of girls in Ocean. (lets say on a Saturday night).
World is also on my list because GFE effect.
And I need one more club name. I will probably make three visits.
Is there any more recommendations?

If you have not explored NRW, put it on the agenda. Last trip, GT I had a good visit. Similarly, the go to places in the area are GT, LR, Samya, Aca, and YY. My personal favorites at the moment are GT, and Aca, which is predictably the case most often have been for me given all my experiences exploring NRW up to now. A new added fav of mine is actually in the NL called SixSens.
If you ever allot so many days in that region with a car rental. I highly recommend trying these places out for the first time. There are more in the area, various types like RTCs, service clubs, etc(depending on your flavor).
My motto is that, if you are flexable, check them out, and them scratch them off the list if not meeting your expectations.
For me a good club visit will bring forth such a strong impression that, it will linger for awhile until I get it my thick skull, that I should ditch the place.
The top recommended places are recommended places based on my touring over a long period of time of various clubs in the region, but not end of all. There are clubs I haven't been for a long time like PHG(which I realized exploring reaps benefits) and Oceans for example.
If you can do vast majority of them, I recommend you look into them. I hope no Titanic hits. Hehe.

So they are out of list.
It looks like I will base in Fra again and will visit nrw daily.
I have never visited Aca but I have heard it is a boring place.
What you say if you compare LR to Oase and Sharks?
