Just talked to a friend that register about two weeks ago from a Philippine IP. He wasn't required to complete that form. Maybe you checked a wrong box. I've been a member on and off for years also and was never required. I hope you can get your money back.
I lost my virginity with FC for using of dating sites several years before. I admit it is on and off relation all along the time. No doubt that time was rookie but now not anymore.

After touching down here in the Philippines, I attempted to change my profile settings saying I was from a different country, but still. No dice.
I sent an email to customer support and I'll let you all know the outcome.

I never read the fine print and even if I did, would not have known the IMBRA was something that appeared to be so official. Darn it! Still don't know if the form is something that is added to my US governmental profile which is my main concern. In other words, I don't want to "directly" provide the government with some my questionable leisurely activities.

I don't really need to spell out how much I will pay a lady for spending the afternoon with me, but I would like to say things like, "Do you like having oral sex?" and "I am a generous man", etc, etc. These statements might both get one disqualified from DIA.
In truth, its not really necessary to ask these questions as in my experience, any girl that agrees to come up to my hotel room is almost certain to agree to sex (I have never been refused), but its annoying not to be able to discuss things freely.

DIA also puts your phone number on a block list -so creating another profile with same phone doesn't work. Second time, I got kicked out because the computer actually recognized that I am uploading the photo of an already blocked user. Interesting algorithms.
If anyone has a way around this phone number issue. I would love to hear that!

Second, why not move to whatsapp, line, viber or whatever after you have encountered the person on the website? Then you can talk about what you want to talk about. I don't waste time going back and forth on dating sites. Once I make initial contact I ask if she has one of the apps that I mentioned.

Once eliminated than it will be difficult to make another handle using same IP. Even same profile pic may cause eliminated again.
But one point need to mention here that why someone use DIA for detail chatting! There are lots of apps available these days for frequent chatting. Smartphones are used by every girls and using all kind of apps they are in need. Once connected in DIA than just bring them in available apps they are using. But being a smart user you need to make sure all the apps are available in your own phone. Because you don't know what apps going to be prescribed by the girl. Generally one number used for all apps; it mean once you get the girls phone number you can find easily all the apps are using by the girl.

I then re-registered, on a different IP, using a different phone number, a new email account and a completed new profile (I had cleared all cookies before doing all of this), but neglected to realise one of the photos I used was in the profile that was banned and within minutes I was again banned.
I then went through the same process, again using different IP / Phone / email and this time took new photos. This seems to have done the trick, but now I have to be super careful what I write to girls.
I personally find OK Cupid a better interface but DIA has the numbers.

Was trying DIA for the first time, and thought my communications were fairly innocuous, but apparently was communicating with too many correspondents (was up to 40, I think) or else was the victim of complaints (had, I thought politely, rebuffed a couple of LB who tried to communicate with me, should have just ignored them) and was abruptly shut down after less than a week. Should have got email addresses or cell numbers first, but did not.
Used a new IPad and new legend, etc, to try to sign up again, but was unsuccessful. Never tried again, don't need the aggravation.
DIA should subcontract to the other DIA or to NSA!

As for the apps, I can never keep the different girls straight on them. Instead of a list of photos, I get a list of phone numbers, some of which feature children, cats, food etc. And at the very minimum, one needs whatsapp, viber, messenger and Line. I prefer to keep the DIA site void of the ones I reject and have 6-10 women in play, with their photos, at any one time.

So we can have relatively level maintaining more girls. Unrestricted sites are providing uncensored girls and difficult to find girls as your taste. Mostly are professional, far away with the meaning of dates. They are using these sites for earning money. More chances to be disappointed after meet, while spending good money and effort. The big pain is wasting of time while we are in visit.
