Step 1 - Don't Panic there is very low chance of you having AIDS you rarely even get STI but AIDS is very rare. Other members have already done a discussion about this topic.
Step 2 - You will have 72 HR window period to stop the infections if there are any chances of it. After 72 HR med becomes useless against infection. Visit a good hospital same day or early next day and talk to them.
If you are in Delhi visit Ganagaram Hospital and ask for Doctor Atul Gogia. He is a specialist. I am attaching all the images with info. He will be available in hospital only on Tuesday and Thursday. Mon, Wed, Friday will be available in his clinic in Rajouri Garden which I have attached image too.
Step 3 - Doctor will tell you get a Base line test done from their hospital or anywhere. Do it ASAP and also get the girl tested, Pay for her test if you have to.
Step 4 - Doctor will prescribe you PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) . You will get box of 60 tablet and 30 tablets. Doctor will highly recommend to start it on same day.
Getting a PEP med is not easy doctor will give you a number you need to call and get the med from them. They will tell you to either get it on home address or schedule a place you can meet the delivery guy. I recommend you to meet the delivery guy since it will be faster. We met at a metro station and I paid him to get the PEP med. Also just a tip. Keep a Backpack with you so its easier to hide the medication when you enter home.
Get the PEP and baseline test as early as possible and also get the girl tested. Do a emotional blackmail if she is not complying.
I didn't felt anything after first dose but when I went to bed that night I had hard time falling asleep. I couldn't sleep all night and in early morning around 5 am I threw up twice then went to bed and easily fell asleep.
Slept for few hours only then woke up took a bath and breakfast and took my second dose. After that I didn't felt anything and was taking med like vitamins.
Don't miss any dose. I took a notebook and wrote down all the dates I have left and everyday when I take morning dose I will single cross that date then after night dose I would double cross the date to make sure both doses are shown.

You can monger during this time but I didn't I just focused on work and started working out. Those PEP med will be a bit heavy on you during first few days you will feel slight dizzy. Drink lot of water and eat healthy during that time.

Baseline test - 4,280 + 4,280.
PEP - 5 k approx (can't remember exact amount).
