There are plenty of condos on the beach that allow girls, you just have to weed through them. Send a message to the host on Airbnb and ask what the guest policy is. A lot of us won't share property names because it gets ruined by the heavy traffic and the mongers who don't know how to behave. If you just put in a little work, you will find them.

I disagree that conversation and flirting loses its luster using translator. At least not in my experiences. It has never been a problem or a hindrance. My remedial Spanish is enough to flirt. I just never had any issues with language and girls.

I spent more time than you reading the last 10 pages, so a question comes spontaneous: why my time has less value than yours? People is reluctant to spoon feed, so you should not be surprised if you are not overwhelmed by responses to your question.

First and most important: ALL higher-end hotels in Colombia, and especially in Cartagena, are ZERO girl-friendly. They do whatevere they can to discourage people to bring "guests". Period.
Colombians do HATE seeing men bringing putas to their hotel, where they go with their family.
Colombians take girls to short-time hotels, which can be sketchy and cheap, or expensive motels which you would not see in our sad origin countries.

You will NOT find a hotel like the one you want in CTG, unless it is a hotel which also welcomes 1-hour guests. In such a case, it is not a hotel where you would like to stay.

Making a search for "hotel" and "Black Page" (yes, so simple), I found the following posts of mine, where I address your question.

Advice: look for an apartment to rent, and before finalizing ask the magic question "What is the guest policy at night? Might I take some friends with me?
Some of the better condos do not even allow guests to enter after sunset, imagine overnight, as if they were hotels.

The women most to my taste have been in Germany. Must confess though that I'd love, absolutely love, to bang Kadashian. Never been to Russia.

I don't know why the guy said he was "underwhelmed" in Thailand. I enjoyed it very much. I hit two of the usual "red light district" spots in Bangkok, Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy. The high concentration of women in these areas means that the law of large numbers is on your side to find a beauty. The prices are cheaper than Colombia even though you will always pay a bar fine. In Patong Beach, the "red light district" is Bangla Road (Thanon Bangla on Google Maps). Bangla Road is where I met the most beautiful woman that I have ever had. Thai women with nice breast are hard to find but this girl had the best natural set of tits I have came across (no pun there) and she had just enough oriental in the shape of her eyes to be exotic but not so oriental that you could confuse her with the next girl you only saw for a second. I will recommend that if you go to Bangkok, there is a hotel called Majestic Grand, it is walking distance to Nana Plaza and 12 minute taxi to Soi Cowboy. The Majestic Grand is "girl friendly". It is a classy hotel where you can get a room for under $100 US a night. If you venture down to Patong Beach which is what I recommend to any beach loving monger (paradisiacal beach environment) then I would recommend looking for an apartment. You can get a decent place for less than $50 and a very nice place for less than $100 in the low season. When I rented my apartment the guy I rented from said he could send someone to the Phuket Airport to get me and take me to the apartment, I said how will I know who is there to pick me up? He said "she will be the one with the big tits" and so that is how I met the first girl I banged in Patong Beach. In a big way the lower prices for the women and the low prices for rooms and apartments balances out the high price of flying there.

Thailand has to be the mongering capital of the world and I never even made it to Walking Street in Pattaya. I met a guy on the plane to Bangkok who said he spends 25 weeks out of the year in Pattaya! He almost had me talked into dropping all my plans and going there with him but I like to take in more than just mongering when I travel. Thailand's beaches rival any in the world. I also did the ThaiCupid site before I went and had a good looking semi-pro that met me in Patong Beach, so when I went out to Phi Phi islands I took her with me. She was with me for four days and nights. I ended up giving her around $150 dollars to pay her "motor scooter payment" and paid for all her food at the restaurants we ate. She was also handy when we were shopping because they have "foreigner prices" and "local prices" at some places.

A funny thing happen when I was on Phi Phi Island. I wanted to go to a bar a watch some thai boxing, the girl decided to stay in and sleep in the bungalow. I had talked to a lot of women on ThaiCupid and skyped with quite a few that were in thailand before my trip and had forgotten most of them when I settled for the ones that were the best looking. When I was staggering back from the bar late at night on the windy streets (if that's what you want to call them. There are no cars on Phi Phi) down this particularly dark street and some girl lifts up this tent and says "you want massage?", of course I wanted a message. Then in the middle of my "happy ending" she says Your name is ________ right? The girl knew my name because we had skyped! She was in Cambodia at the time we were skyping but had gone down to Phi Phi to make some money. a million girls giving massages in Thailand and I stagger down the street of to find a girl I had skyped with when I was thousands of miles from that spot and her hundreds.

The only hotel within the walls was the Sofitel. However, I would not bring a girl there. I suspect that some of the night staff are too stuck up to let a prostitute in the hotel under any circumstances.

I actually suggest that people do what I did in Bogota and Buenos Aires: send an email to the hotel. They tend to answer within a few hours and tell you the rules.
