Many of them go to the airport on the way out of the city. They have an office in the terminal where you take your e-ticket to get the real bus ticket, then the bus stops outside the terminal.

So for example you can take a bus directly from Borispol to Poltava, which is a great option to cut down on layover time trying to get somewhere in the provinces. They don't go everywhere from the airport, but for southward and eastward destinations it works well (Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Poltava, Kremenchug, Zaporozhe). It beats flying into Kiev and spending a night just to catch a train the next morning. They have an English-language site and you can book tickets using a credit card. I've used them several times in the past and they are quite comfortable and even have attendants on board who will serve you tea / beer / sandwiches etc.

Re. Your comments: You nailed it. The fact I had no sex location meant I made absolutely no effort to push hard for sex. Yeah the trip was far too short but I could not get away for longer. My diary works in a way that means I can usually only do very short trips since longer holidays are booked up with certain personal commitments I have. To be honest I am not usually as forward when approaching as I was on this trip but since sex was not really on the menu due to staying in a room with 10 other people, I decided to experiment a little with my technique by being much more direct and high energy then usual. I would say that it worked in the sense that (as Climaxnow mentioned in his post) you are meeting so many more people then usual and that means you have a higher chance of finding that small percentage of girls who are into you. I agree with you that I made a mistake in not going ahead and booking an apartment anyway, if not to stay in but to use as a private location should I have needed it. If I had of had one I would have just led Masha away to a taxi after kissing her. From the lack of a large amount of activity on the Kiev thread it doesn't seem that many guys go to Kiev during this part of the year, so I don't think there is much utility in maintaining the list with the hottest girls' names, as this will all change over the few months of the winter, until monger visitors start to come back to Kiev in significant number. Before coming to Kiev, I had collected about 25 good numbers from mamba. Ru, but due to sheer exhaustion during the daytime, I slept most of the time, and didn't call any of them. Instead I played all night with the Rio girls. It was great fun, and I had my stop on the way home at FKK Goldentime to look forward to also. All in all, I enjoyed the trip very much.

FUTURE TRIPS:

In December I have a weekend (December 15 – 18) lined up in San Jose, Costa Rica for a change of pace and maybe some nicer weather. One of the hotties I met there previously and wanted to hook up with, just emailed me that she is now in Jaco Beach and wants me to come there instead of going to the Delrey Hotel in San Jose as I had intended. If my newbie buddies were coming with me to CR, I would have taken them to Jaco to stay at the Copacabana Hotel. I've wanted to check that place out for a while. It's an adults only resort, which has a second swimming pool that is clothing optional, and many girls hanging around. I didn't think I would want to go there solo. But with a girl I know asking me to come there, maybe it would be fun.

As for future visits to wonderful Kiev, I will be there during the last week of March and first week of April 2012, exact dates to be determined, but probably between March 29 – April 4, or something like that.

There is a long holiday weekend on February 16 – 21, and have not decided what to do with that time slot. Possible plans are for a trip to Frankfurt area FKK's, but a visit to Kiev is also possible. It depends in part on the airfares.

RUSSIAN TRANSIT VISA? A parting question to those whose travels include Russia. There are flights to Kiev on Aeroflot and Transaero with attractive low prices in the upper $600's instead of the $800's charged by all the other airlines. The lower price makes the idea of additional visits to Kiev more attractive. Until now, I have stayed away from those flights because they transit through Russia with a stopover of around 4 hours there between flights to Kiev, and I thought getting a transit visa would be a hassle and end up costing more than an $800 ticket. It has come to my attention that a transit visa might not be necessary if I'm just flying through to Kiev and not leaving the airport in Moscow. Is it true that if the stopover in Russia is less than 24 hours and one stays at the airport, that one does not need to obtain any transit visa? Any other reason not to fly to Kiev on Aeroflot or Transaero?

Aeroflot is comparable to other European and North American airlines, but not as good as the better Asian and Middle Eastern ones. I wouldn't hesitate to use it if the fare was significantly cheaper than competitors.

As for the transit visa you should call and check. I know it used to be the case that domestic flights (former USSR) were all from Sheremetyevo-1 and international were all to / from Sheremetyov-2. While they are theoretically two "terminals" in fact they are almost like separate airports since you have to ride a bus between them. There used to be no way to do that without entering Russia, but I'm not sure if that's true anymore. I know the new terminal (D?) is connected with the old 2 terminal. Anyways I would call Aeroflot and ask. Don't assume you can do it.

My stay at the airport Terminal D was about 6hours as I waited for my flight to Kiev. So yes visa was not required for less than 24hours stay in Moscow International or Sheremetyevo. Quality of Aeroflot service. Not good.
