Prices of girls had not changed much. 1) A perimeter waitress was booked at 6pm from Net 5 bar for P1200 for LT who allowed 2 rounds. 2) A dancer from Club Asia bar was booked for P3000 for LT (they have 2 prices system P1500 or P3000 maybe depending on girl look etc) at Field. 3) A girl from Blue Nile bar at Field was booked for P2000 for LT and stayed until 10am next day (They have 2 prices P1500 for ordinary dancer and P2000 for table dancer).4) A girl from Crystal Palace bar at Field was booked for P3000 and stayed till after breakfast at 10am (they have 2 prices P1500 or P3000). I did not really understand how the girls were classified as some of the P1500 were also stunners while some of the P3000 were also not stunners.

Friendly man comes up to you and sometimes they will claim to know you as they happen to "work" at the hotel or a restaurant you have been to.

If you do take out your wallet, he will almost immediately take it from your hand just to tell you what NOT to do if a certain situation comes up. He will then immediately return your wallet and keep on talking. Then a farewell. You will only notice something is missing much later as he will not take all your money but some of it. Very fast slight of hand job.

Decided to play along and he happily tells me he was the guy who drove me from the airport recently to my hotel (I was met by a business partner who drove me to my condo but I wasnt going to let that get in the way of the game)

Said fellow introduced himself then told me he was down on his luck and could he borrow 1, 000 pesos and he would return it to me in my hotel the next day. As he was "my hotel driver I could trust him " he says.

As hes telling me all this I walking towards the entrance / exit and on reaching the door asked security to detain the guy for harassment, and attempted theft. They grabbed him at which point I left with a smile, and I advised him to get a job that didn't include scamming visitors. They probably let him go minutes later but at least he knows we arent all gullible.

Try the detists in SM mall. I have used them and they did a good job. Very reasonable price also.

I couldn't sit back and relax in those malls because of those two reasons. I also saw better looking girls at the mall in Angeles but it was just as busy there too. Maybe I'm alone in that feeling. In latin america the malls are usually pretty slow and I guess I am used to picking up the girls working at the stores and waiting for them to not be working. I didn't really try to pick any girls up at the mall and both times had a girl with me so maybe that was my problem. Didn't really see any girls that I was like damn I want her though.

Can anyone suggest a place for me and a few buddies to have some beginner lessons in Filipino Stick Fighting? Near Angeles or Subic would be best, but also Manila is OK.

The words "arnis","kali", and "escrima" were unknown to every person I asked. All had heard of boxing and tae kwon do and Manny Pacquiao is on every other billboard. Many had heard of the UFC. Gun shops and shooting ranges are everywhere and I stumbled across the Paintball World Championships one day. I think there is at least one MMA school there. No evidence though of the FMA!
