The math doesn't seem to add up?
After reading the two reports one from Hatguy and Junior I'm thinking maybe like many of you something doesn't add up and kind of smells?
First time reading I though Hatguy referrence " Husband of Building Leaseholder " was a Thai? Then after reading Junior report I went back and read it again!
From what I know of D. D. I thought that like most places it is finance by a Farang and they use a Thai friend or wife to run the business along with renting the building or leasing it? So now based on the wording I would assume that the Husband of the Leaseholder is actually the Farang that started or own the business? If I'm right I heard that he was sick and that had turn the operation over to the manager who I thought was John, who I thought did a great job of running the place and certainly knew a thing or two about customer service.
When I read Hatguy report, I wonder if he isn't John or someone that has a daily hand in running the place? Statement such as " We wanted no part of it, far better for us to walk away, our sincere thanks "
With Juniors report the owner is Cereberus, my assumption and history if correct is Hell club was open by the same guy that open Eden in Bangkok. When Hell club open the first week or so the owner or founder die of a heart attack and thereafter it was name D. D?
It seems like maybe the owner came back and decided to get back into action and had a few ideas that didn't seem to fit the current structure of D. D. That has become very successful while he was gone. After reading these reports I wonder one might conclude that maybe not enough credit was given to John and the owner felt he is the founder any success comes from the original concept and not the guy running it! Its a same I wonder sometimes how some people with money ever made so much?
One thing for sure the website is secondary it is just a excuse for something bigger behind the scene? What a shame?

Anything Special Going On Saturday, December 16?
Today I've noticed an increased police presence in areas of Pattaya normally frequented by tourists.
In at least two places, the police have re-routed traffic. For example, at the intersection of Soi LK Metro and Soi Lengkee the cops are not permitting any turns, and it's impossible to drive from Soi LK Metro to Soi Lengkee. At the intersection of Soi Buakaow and South Pattaya road, the police have declared the latter is one way toward the beach. And in a several places I've noticed small groups of police and various government vehicles parked on the shoulders of the road.
Is there some holiday I don't know about? Big parade or festival?
Anyone? Bueller?
